Official Frozen at WDW Thread (Updated May 20th) FEA and RS Open June 21

We were there this morning at 9:45 and had a 0 minute wait.

The M&G opens slightly before the 9:00 rope drop, so the breakfast guests can start greeting before the 'rush,' (but there hasn't been a rush yet).
Do people not realize the M&G is open, or are 3 doors finally managing to keep up with the crowds? I expect the M&G will get more traffic once the ride is open?

Opening date is Tuesday - maybe a side opening tomorrow? Heard it was running with CMs on Friday.
That's good to hear! I was worried they were behind schedules since I check the Dis daily and hadn't seen anyone post anything!

I think it is more people don't realize and/or had planned their days around that area not being open until the 21st ... though I do think the 3 "doors" will help a bit

Definitely will be interesting to see wait times and just general crowd levels once FAE is open

I am reading a few times "3 doors" in the summerhuas....what exactly does that mean?

wow~!! interesting, I don't think i ever heard of that before. like three sets of Snow White, Cinderella, etc.

I always predicted it wouldn't be awful. The waits at MK were down to less than 60 min at most, less much of the time. Fairly even with the times for Cinderella and Rapunzel, even Talking Mickey.
While I think a new location will bump them some I don't believe it's going to be hours and hours long again.

Several of the indoor M&G work with multiple sets working at once. Disney magic at it's best.
It's obvious once you know but until you do, it's not obvious at all. Though in Sommerhaus it is a bit more obvious than in the other locations that work that way.

WDW News Today reported today that the Frozen Ever After ride might not open tomorrow. The tweet read, "Take this with a grain of salt, but an Imagineer just told us that they may not even open Frozen Ever After tomorrow..." I wish everyone luck tomorrow if you are going to try and be there if it opens. If it doesn't open, I hope it is open on Friday, because that's when I have a fastpass for it.

It's open!!!

Whew. I skipped getting a FP for the new Soarin' so I could book one for Frozen instead. I figured Soarin' had a higher ride capacity and we'd do it at rope drop.

It's open we are on line now, listed as 240 minute wait. To me it seems like it is much longer.

The ride looks amazing I was a neigh sayer thought it would be rushed but I'm not sad to see change when it's done that well. Cheers to WDI.

They are wrong often found that out earlier this year.

And after 2 1/2 hours we just got into the building, and an announcement just said that they are experiencing technical difficulties. They do not know when it will be up and running

It opened but reports there are issues with the Olaf animatronic so the ride is down - not helping the line

At least (I assume) you're in air conditioning now.

Reports of the ride seem to be quite good! I'm trying not to watch any video!! I wondered if anyone could offer some advice? I'm helping some friends plan their Epcot day. They want to do all three tier 1 attractions, but they only have one day in Epcot. Their children are 5 and 7, so they don't want to do the single rider line on Test Track. I was thinking of rope dropping Soarin', and then proceeding quickly to Test Track with (FEA booked early afternoon). How bad would the standby line be for Test Track by that time (end of August)? I thought about doing the reverse (rope dropping Test Track and then going to Soarin'), but they planned to do Mission: Space with a fast pass while they're at the section of the park with Test Track. Thoughts?
