Official Frog Thread -

ugh, so sorry to hear about the transportation troubles! I hope they work it out, and SOON!! I know how upsetting this must be!  I've been stressing about things myself lately. It's hard being the mommy!

Now why wouldn't they tell you at the time they sent the bids out that there might be a change. And I'm pretty darn sure they didn't sign the contracts yesterday and the new guy started today. They could have given you more notice. But then they are not looking out for you, only themselves.

you are right again!
they did not sign the contracts today. so why in the world couldn't they give you a head's up??? nope- all about them. i really don't like that.

What about you AWM what's your favourite colour...

Aw, I know you understand - feel free to vent hear on the frog thread...

oh, thanks, Hol! I don't think I ever told you that my ds has an autism spectrum disorder too. We 'told' him about it last weekend ... and TB, I mentioned the rich computer guys too! ;) It's just been a very emotional time lately, trying to figure out how to help him and explain it to him, as he is starting to (I think) see more differences between himself and others. Thanks for asking though ... you're a doll!
Maybe McDreamy will come over and give me some medicine to make me feel better.... :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :thumbsup2

We told Max a few months after he was diagnosed (about age 9). We told him that his brain was wired differently and that life could be challenging because of it. He really "got" that concept and actually tells me that sometimes he feels bad for us (the neurotypicals...) because we have some pretty big challenges too...:lovestruc god I love this kid.

oh, how sweet is that?!?! DS was diagnosed before starting K, and I just never knew when would be the 'right time', and I just knew it was finally time (or past time!).

Anytime you want to chat, just shoot me a pm. I done a good deal of work with the Asperger's Association here and am pretty well versed in ASD and PDD. We all need a little help from our friends...
