Well, I had a good day yesterday! My only downfall was a big glass of ice tea - the kind with real sugar.
But otherwise, I stuck with it!
Today I had a Lite & Fit yogurt with a little Fiber One cereal in it for breakfast.
Lunch will be 1/2 Chicken wrap on a low carb wrap and some melon
Dinner is pork chops on the grill, with some green beans. And, probably some sugar free ice cream for dessert!
