***OFFICIAL February 2025 Thread***

Hello, I officially made my reservations today! My mom (73) and I (50) will be staying at Pop Century from Feb 24-March 1! This is our third mom-daughter trip, and I'm excited to officially begin our countdown!

Thank you for starting this thread!

Finally hit my double digits!
Next will be waiting for dining which opens for us on Dec. 10th. I have to talk with my group and see if there is anyplace we can't live without. We've had pretty good success booking on the fly while we are there, so I'm not as worried about that Dec. 10th date as I was in previous trips.

Can't wait to see what everyone's plans are! We're going with a mix of people: my family of three, another couple for RunDisney, and we're meeting with my DH's BFF and his extended family of nine or so people. DH and I are thinking we'll coordinate days to be in the same parks on the same days, maybe a meal, but very likely not LLs. Any recommendations on restaurants in Epcot and/or MK for very large groups? It might be best just to do QS if we want a meal together, but would love to know what some good options are as we (I) start to figure out our schedule.

For a large group maybe a buffet makes it easier? At Epcot, you can try Biergarten, and for MK I like Crystal Palace. You can make ADRs for both.

We have 7 families, each with a 2 year old, trying to meet up at various points throughout the week of our trip. 5 of us are flying in and doing the whole Disney experience, and 2 are locals who will meet up when they can/want to. It’s going to be chaos, but fun chaos.

We've decided for 3 of the days we’ll start off in the same park and hang out in the mornings and for lunch, and then people can go their separate ways for naps/breaks and either meet back up for dinner/nighttime or not depending on what their own family wants to do. Hopefully that keeps it casual enough but still with enough togetherness.

The wife and I are staying at Saratoga for the first time February 16th -21st. Rented DVC points for the first time as well!
The first time we rented DVC points was also the first time we stayed at Saratoga! We really liked it there so I hope you do too!

Surprise trip planned after getting some good deals on flights ...

Feb 4-9th. Westin stay.

3 park days. Just me n the missus .....

Gonna be a chill out and enjoy time this visit.

We will be back for the first time since 2019!!! Last week of February, departing 3/1. Family of four staying in the Gran Destino tower at CS. Question for those who have gone more often recently...I read that Monday, 2/24 is the last day of Festival of the Aarts. Will Epcot be disproportionately crowded on that day? I'm debating switching my Epcot and AK days because of this. (Monday/Thursday) Throws a wrench in the dining plan that's hatching in my mind, but worth it to avoid the hoards that we experienced in 2019 at food&wine. Thoughts?

What ADRs are you all planning on booking? Anything new? We're doing a mix of places we tried before and liked (Biergarten, Spice Road Table) and some new-to-us places (Ohana, Shiki-Sai, Mama Melrose's).

I was planning on doing Spice Road Table this trip, but they removed the two items I wanted to try from the menu!

Right now I'm looking at Garden Grill, Prime Time & Liberty Tree (places we've liked) and considering Steakhouse 71 since we are doing one night at the Contemporary as a special treat!

We found it pretty hard to narrow it down, but have focused on unique experiences heavy on novelty factor. This is our first trip, so everything is new to us!
  • Harvest Breakfast at Garden Grill (9:50am booking for 28 Jan)
  • Lunch at Space 220 (1pm booking for 31 Jan)
  • Dinner at Storybook Dining
  • F! package at 50's Prime Time Cafe
  • Breakfast at Chef Mickey's
  • Dinner at Cinderella's Royal Table
  • Fireworks package at Rose & Crown
  • Breakfast at Crystal Palace
  • Dinner at Boma
  • Breakfast at Tusker House
We're doing a split stay and have been able to get our first couple of ADRs through (had to swap our plans for GG and Space though!). Our next window opens on Monday.

We're doing a mix of repeats (Skipper Canteen and Crystal Palace) and new to us (1900 Park Fare, Grand Floridian Cafe, and the Hollywood and Vine Fantasmic Dining Package). I've learned my lesson about booking in EPCOT because I just want to eat alllllll the snacks and also everything at Les Halles.

We are going heavy on character meals since our 2yo is a) obsessed with meeting characters and b) still free.

So we’ve definitely got: Chef Mickey’s, Crystal Palace, Tusker House, Roundup BBQ, Skipper Canteen
Others I’m considering are: Oga’s, Tony’s, Steakhouse 71 brunch, Toledo, Sebastian’s Bistro, Via Napoli, Topolino’s breakfast, Ohana dinner

Okay, I think I got everyone added. Not sure if I got your dates right jabid02. Let me know if they are wrong and I will update them.

Sorry I have been MIA. Life has been crazy. On a side note I had my fourth grand baby born the day before Thanksgiving and she is absolutely perfect.

I am 65 days away. Not sure I will make any ADRs since it's a solo trip and I'm more of a snacker than a big meal person. If I do it will be for a breakfast because if I am eating a bigger meal I prefer a bigger breakfast.

My plan is to get multipass for my MK and HS days. I am not doing a hopper ticket this trip (unless I change my mind later) so I will have planned parks each day.

I know I'll get us Crystal Palace as it's my kids favorite and we just love Pooh and friends. I have no idea about any others. Since we're staying at BWV, we could do the Cake Bake Shop, but I just can't justify the prices.

Tusker House for breakfast always had the best character experience for us. :)

Congratulations on the new grandbaby. That is very exciting. :)

Our ADR day is on Wednesday and I think I will mostly be doing lunch reservations only. We are staying at the Wilderness Lounge and plan to eat a lot of meals there. :)

Our flight home in February dropped to $85.00 but our flight to MCO is still way to high. :(

Replying to myself here. Got all the times I wanted at 6am ET this morning. Only saw the dreading loading screen a few times. Much better availability than I saw on our previous trip.

Weirdest was Skipper Canteen had the least availability of any of them!

At MK, we love Crystal Palace too, but I am thinking of floating the idea of Liberty Tree to my group. I'm not sure they'll be that big into it but it looks like a fun place to try at least once!
