Long time DISboard lurker, first time poster!

DS and I wore my hubby down, and we're going back! Most likely Feb 4 to 10.
This will be our 4th trip, first time without any grandparents coming along.

DH wants to go all out and try to get a theme park view 1 bdrm at BLT, but OMG the cost! We will likely go with SSR or OKW, or maybe even AoA. I will be madly crunching numbers over the next few days to try to make up our minds and book when the 2015 rates come out. And then checking daily for discounts!

We have always travelled late Jan early Feb for the low crowds and low prices, last year was pretty chilly but we are hearty Canadians so we still swam every day (had the Treehouse pool to ourselves every time!)

Looking forward to reading about everybody's plans!

Joining In!

We are planning February 25 to March 2 at Beach Club! We have only ever stayed at Wilderness Lodge on site, so we are excited about trying out an Epcot resort.

We'll be celebrating our son's 9th birthday and can't wait!

Joining in! Looks like it will be President's Week and the Marathon?! YIKES!!! Feb. 13-22nd or sometime in there! Waiting for the booking system to open up!!

Yes, it will be Pres. Week and the Princess Half Marathon weekend. But I'm noticing that with the exception of the northeast (we are in NY) most schools are in session that week, so hopefully it won't be too crowded!

We are going 2/16-2/23 - we are registered to run and our flights are booked! Now I'm just waiting for the packages to come online to finalize this!

This will be our third year in a row going during President's week. Definitely not as crowded as Christmas or Easter weeks (we've done them both), but reasonable. We also love this time of year, because the weather is great (usually because we're leaving the snow behind .

Registered to run for the first time ever The crowds aren't as bad as during Christmas or Easter weeks (we've done both), but reasonable. We also love the weather this time of year, usually because we're escaping snow. Happy Planning!

You will love the BC!! It's so nice to be able to walk to Epcot and DHS, and the whole Epcot resort area is so nice. We usually stay at the BC (we will be there in 103 days - I can't wait!). This time I'll price it but I have a feeling we are going to go with POFQ to try to keep this trip a little more budget friendly.

Thank you! We love Epcot so being able to walk there is very appealing. This may be our last February trip for a while (I think I won't want to disrupt school years as he gets older), so we are not going budget friendly this time around...... Although we are certainly hoping for a room discount as the time gets closer but not counting on it.

I won't be officially booked until the 30th, but I told my TA to book us on Wednesday, so we're almost official! Going Feb 9 - 16, I don't know where I'm staying yet, either AOA or POFQ depending on what the prices look like. I'll be so glad when Wednesday gets here!

Booked two rooms at POFQ at 20% off! I'm so excited - we usually stay at the BC, but I'm not paying President Week prices there, and POFQ is our favorite mod. We will also be there for Mardi Gras, so it's the perfect setting!

We will be there 2/16-2/23. We land late our first day, which is not typical for us, but air for earlier that day is triple the price, so a late arrival it is. I'm trying to decide if we should head to DTD for a late dinner or just hang around the resort. Our flight gets in at 5:45.

Does anyone know if there is a February Facebook group yet?
