Ok so we arrived at AoA yesterday morning and all I have to say that I was shocked at was how cool it is during the day even with the sun and how fridges it is at night......and I don't get cold

Nerves, anxiety, panic. Just a few of my feelings/emotions as another "super storm" approaches New England. Three day duration snow storm headed our way beginning tomorrow. We leave Tuesday night. Fingers, toes and eyes are crossed. Stressful. Ugh. Anyone else in this waiting game?
Wondering if SW will pull the trigger and start offering flight changes due to the weather forecast. Anyone ever take advantage of that? Looking at our area (central Mass.) forecast and it's kind of a crap shoot on Tuesday. Some weather reports show snow through Monday night (total 3 day accumulation 8-16"), some show it ending Tuesday, early a.m. Do you think the airport (Hartford, CT) will be able to keep up with that type of storm? Our flight originates in Chicago and we depart early eve. Ok, I'm rambling........ oh my nerves!

I hope that you can get out on Tuesday. Looks like it may end sometime on Monday for us here in Central MA. Hartford hopefully will get you out. Now if you were flying out of Worcester....ugh. When we flew out of Worcester last year we were able to get onto a flight 2 days later. But then again that is an airport with limited flight. Your flight might get pushed to later. Are you going down the night before?

Just started day #4, last parks day, and off I go to Hollywood Studios! I'm on the bus as I write this.lol... Loving the Pop Resort and getting a prime pool view room as well! If any of you are around today, I'll be DHS til the evening then off to MK to close out the day!

I am about to go insane - only 1.5 hours of work left before our Disney trip, but the time is CRAWLING!! I am so ready to be out of here and cleaning house and packing

But I am thrilled we will be there Monday - and it looks (so far) like that will be our only day with rain chances. .

Lol, I feel you. I'm having trouble coming to terms with the fact that I still have to work a 6 hour shift that hasn't even STARTED yet as my last day of work. but at least I'm going crazy lady and getting some of the cleaning out of the way as it were. I saw the weather forecast too! I guess we're a bit lucky that Monday is our travel there and we won't be there till night. But as someone who cant stand the cold, that 66 for Tuesday is scaring me! DH is joking we'll have to bring his 'coat' so I wont freeze lol! If you happen to see two adults in pirate gear and kilts though, that's us lol! We'd totally love to say Hi and meet ya too!



Good luck to everyone in the cold and snow! I can't even imagine what y'all are going through! We'll make sure everything is perfect for when ya get here so it'll be smooth sailing from then on and no worries!

Hey everyone! Just curious to see if anyone has heard any updates on the closure of the Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular. I heard it was rumored to close in January of this year, but that obviously didn't happen. Also, on TheDIS website, it still says rumored to be closing in January 2015.

On our way home.... We did 5 days at WDW (stayed at CSR) and 2 days at Universal (stayed at HRH). It was good to visit wdw again and wonderful to feel like a newbie again at parks we hadn't been to before (universal and ioa). The theming at WWOHP was unrivaled (as were the merchandising and the prices of the themed merchandise- ouch!). It was like stepping into the books- absolutely marvelous!

Still on the road- hours away from home. This is always the worst part of a trip- going back home :-/

I've been keeping my eye on the weather for this area since I am leaving to head down for my vacation on Monday, and I'm worried, but no overly worried yet because the sites can't keep their mind straight on what might happen. Calling for sleet and some snow from my hometown... rain where the airport is... Don't like the weather in PA... drive 2 hours in any direction to hit something you like

Well home now and trying to get back to reality! I must say of all the times I have visited Disney (November, December, March, April, June, July, August). I believe weather and crowd levels were the best on this trip in February. Hope all who are leaving soon have safe travels and enjoy their time in the World!

Glad to hear it. The Butterbeer is amazing. I wish they sold it at my main local store.b it's that good. Are u heading to universal as well?

Got our Magic Bands in over the weekend so today's decorating day! Going shopping for (hopefully) one more Disney shirt and all that's left is to pack. I'm so excited!

We're 13 days out from our 2nd visit to Disney World. My wife and kids and myself are all super excited. We felt our first visit two years ago was rushed as we tried to do and see everything. This time we're going to relax and take our time. Happy dance!
