I don't know.

I didn't like David's tango. But, after the way Maks manhandled Hope, who the heck voted for them?

They showed the segment on ET tonight, of not only Maks giving Hope that shoulder smack, but how he grabbed her off her feet, from under her underarms and wrenched her around in a rough swing. She even went, "Ugh!" as he wrenched her around.

I also watched her face as he smacked her shoulder. A couple of us here said we'd smack him right back. Instead of showing shock, surprise, or anger, she was passive & DEADPAN, like someone who had gotten used to being rough handled by someone. "Oh, that's just how he is."

Everyone else registered shock or uncomfortability on their faces the way he was treating her. Rob rocked back & forth like he wanted to do something but didn't know what or if he should get involved. Cheryl turned and was in shock. Rikki was uncomfortable. (Derek wasn't on screen.)

I'm mad and disappointed in Maks.

I really wish Maks & Hope had gone home, for her sake. She can't want to win that much anymore, to go through Maks bad moods.

OMG...Nancy should have gone! Just shows that voting is needed for even the BEST....that means even Ricki or more importantly JR could go if people assume they are save and will get votes.

I figured Nancy would stay. She has all of the HLN network voting for her. I wonder if all the employees got threatening notes in their paychecks: "Vote for Nancy or don't come back to work." Plus, she is improving each week.

Unless someone taped and Youtubed the rehearsal segments, there probably isn't a link to it. People on YouTube usually only upload the dances.

I voted for them before they showed the team dance. I was upset with Mak too but I still like Hope.

Nancy should have gone home, I don't think she has improved all that much, last night she was really bad. She certainly does not deserve to be in the finals. When they showed her talking about the dance, saying she thought it had a lot of energy, she didn't sound like she believed it.

Both Hope and David are better dancers, IMHO, than Nancy. But we all know it isn't always the best dancers that get to stay.

I really didn't like David's dance last night, sometimes I wonder if the judges are watching a different dance! I guess that's why I'm not a judge.

I wonder if Nancy feels bad, knowing she was the worst dancer last night, or is her ego so big that she thinks she really can dance?

Well, crap. Both Hope and Nancy were worse dancers . I logged in at 11:30 central today to vote for David and voting was already closed. I have a bad feeling that Nancy is going to make it to the Final 3 .

Holy cow was the smoking hot!!!!! And not just him.....that dance was aswome!!

Whew! I was having hot flashes and it wasn't my hormones! That was right up there with my all time favorite "Ride a Cowboy" dance. It made me *really* look forward to his freestyle with Ricki.

I'm sorry to say this, and I'm not alluding to anything, because it is only one incident we saw, but that the kind of thing someone says to excuse abusive behavior. That someone HAD to be rough/abusive in order to win and their winning then justifies his behavior.

That, I don't like. IF Maks lets his anger make him rough, then losing this week could have been better for him in the long run. He might have re-thought his actions as the country weighed in after seeing how he treated Hope. Now, he feels he did the right thing as they last another week.


As for Nancy, I know it sounds like I watch HLN news too much, really I don't. I just catch stuff while flipping channels to find other crap to watch! Nancy snagged J.R, to be in one of her TV interview segments she showed. J.R. was so happy just to get the extra exposure, as it might help his votes. I think she was just setting him up, as she knows he's going to win. Later, she can try to get him to appear on her show again after he wins.

The host of Showbiz Tonight, also asked her what she thinks of J.R. winning - making it a foregone conclusion that Nancy won't win. She said she's be happy if the war veteran wins.

I adore MMaks but even I think he was too rough with Hope at the group rehearsal.

FWIW, this thing may be an attempt get rid of MMaks after last week's outburst or at least whip up more drama. That gossip rag Star Magazine wrote a nasty article about Maks on Monday and said that no one liked him on the show and that Hope hated him according to "inside sources". Combine that with the "Maks is a real monster!" editing and it makes me wonder exactly who the "insider" was. FTR, Hope tweeted on Monday "My eyes have been opened!I'm not living in the real world!Hollywood gossip is truly gossip!Star magazine where do u get your sources!So sad." and "Hows this 4 a source!Hell,ill even attach my name 2 it!"I GOT NOTHING BUT MAD LOVE & MAD RESPECT 4 MY PARTNER @maksimC!"Go ahead,quote it!". So ... I guess I will not throw him under the bus quite yet.

i haven't been watching this season, but i know that Maks has had aggressive tendencies in the past. i do love him though. i thought he seemed most at ease last year with Kirstie.

that video is sad though. i'm not a Derek fan, but it says a lot about him that both he and Cheryl stepped in to help Hope.

i'm sure they're going to start showing the worst parts of Maks' rehearsals now though. i agree with the PP that they may be attempting to get rid of him. it wasn't his first outburst on the show. and maybe his ego is getting a little too big. i hate to see it.
