Probably. The whole story is so crazy. But it is one of my fave movies ever. Both the new and old one. I know a lot of people didn't like JD as Willy Wonka. Said it was too weird. But I loved it.

....I love JD and his unbelieveable acting range...but I SOOO love the original that I just can't bring myself to see the remake....

I liked them both. But they were IMHO were very different. I know what you mean about JD acting range. WOW. He really is an amazing actor. We rented some of his movies we haven't seen last weekend and I was amazed at his range of acting.

I know. We rented the "Libertine", "Astronauts Wife" and "Sleepy Hollow". I loved him as Ichabod . He looked so cute in that movie.

How was the Libertine? I've been wanting to rent that.

I love the originial Willy Wonka and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. They are each so different. JD is a phenomenal actor. So incredibly versatile.

Did you see Donnie Brasco? I thought he was fantastic in that, too.

How was the Libertine? I've been wanting to rent that.

It made me alot. It was a bit risque. If you can get past that it is a pretty good movie. I did some research of the man ( John Wilmot) he plays in that movie and it seems like he was very over the top and the movie is just in keeping with that. I thought it was one of JD best preformances.

You might want to look up John Wilmot in Wikipedia. It will give you some idea of what to expect.

I've read that, too. I also read that Helen Mirren would like to play Capt. Jack's mother. How cool would THAT be?!

Yea he is pretty silly. Its funny to be watching a sexy scene in a movie with just your mate and still be embarrassed. I thought that would go away but its going on 4 years and we both still .

Men . Thats the funny thing he can belch and fart with the best of them and it doesn't matter where you are. I gave up trying to figure men out. Its a waste of time. I just pretend I don't know him when he acts like that .
