My family just booked it's very first WDW trip for Dec. 7 thru the 16th at the Pop Century Resort!!! We're very, VERY excited!!!!

Here's a thought for anyone who is going to be at the WDW from Dec 9-16 ... thinking about doing an Illuminations cruise which can fit up to 10 people but my party only would have 4. Anybody want to join up and have an Illuminations night in order to share the cost? Its $325 for the whole cruise, so would be $32.50 plus tax and tip per person ... Just thinking out loud; I've heard wonderful things about the experience.

I know that Beast's Castle is supposed to be completed by October of next year. Does anyone know if it will be decorated like Cinderella's Castle or any other special theme for Christmas?

I wish we could. I think it would be really fun to do one of the cruises. I think we are going to go the 2-9 so we'll miss you by one week. I'd rather go the week you are going but the week before works better for my work schedule.

Hi Everyone

Joining in here We have a december trip planned... nothing booked yet.

The plan is OKW Dec 2-7

We will be bunking with my inlaws and my brother and his family are coming and also staying at OKW and my dad is supposedly coming but I'll believe it when I see it LOL.

Looking forward to going back at Christmas. We were there in September and it was nice to see the halloween stuff and be there for DD's birthday... it was WAY too hot. We are leaving for our next trip on Friday. it will be nice because it's just DH, DD and myself on this trip but I know the weather can range from hot to cold in the same day lol

But none of it compares to christmas at Disney. the Christmas decor and themeing is the best. I find the weather to be perfect, crowds manageable, and the Christmas spirit mixed with Disney Magic? what could be better than that lol.

Let me know when you finalize your dates, and also how large your party is. We're also going to be there Dec 1-6 (with birthdays on the 3rd and 4th), but will have a party of 8 then. Not sure if the family we're travelling with would want to go/or if we would want to ditch the kids and get a babysitter for that night so could be a party of 4 or 5 potentially.

Went down for a quick trip at the beginning of this week and ended up coming home with a ressie for POFQ for 12/9 to 12/15 using the 30% off bounce-back offer! So excited to plan a new trip, I've never been during December before but I'm really looking forward to seeing the place dolled up for Christmas!

I've had one for awhile, its in my sig. Mostly because I know I'm going to need all the help/advice I can get! We are fish out of water trying to plan a WDW trip.

Just booked BWV for Dec 3 - 15. I'm so excited but I've never planned a trip with more than 2 months lead time. So this waiting is going to be a whole new experience for me.

We're taking my in-laws for their first time and it will be our first time for the holidays.

The tentative plan is:
12/2 - 12/3 Cocoa Beach & Kennedy Space Center
12/4 - 12/6 Universal & Sea World (Off-Site Hotel near Universal)
12/6 - 12/12 WDW

At this point, I think we will be staying at Wilderness Lodge for the WDW part of the trip.

This planning a year out thing is very new to me, lol.

Hi All !
My wife has no idea yet, (it will be an Anniversary "gift") but I've booked "The Beach Club Resort" from the 1st through the 8th. If all goes as planned, the vacation will include "MVMCP" and the "Dessert Party" (on Wednesday night), as well as the "Candle-light Processional" (night yet to be determined) - and a few other "surprises" for my wife. Also, if my brother and his wife can swing it, they are going to come in from Miami to join us for a few days, and, again - if all goes well - we are planing to have dinner, one night, at "Victoria & Albert's". I've "done Disney" more then 30 times now, and every time I leave... I'm already planning the next trip - I never tired of it, but being there at Christmas-time is always an "extra-added-super-mega-bonus" !

Count us in too, please! We're booked at POR for Dec 8-15. It will be DD's first Disney trip and our first trip since our honeymoon - super excited!!!
