well you are not far at all. My parents are moving to Frisco (off panther creek/tollway) and my sister lives there now. My old boss/friend is in prosper and heck, I am a UNT graduate, so I was in Denton for 5 years, graduated in 97 after doing the disney college program in 96. so you aren't far at all! I have some friends that live in Corinth (in fact, they are brothers and live on the same street, lol- the Salas').I live in Corinth, 30 miles north of Dallas (between Lewisville and Denton). Normally when we go to Orlando we take Airtran. Well, obviously now that will not be happening with the buy out. So now we're only stuck with using American.
I don't have anything against American its just a lot more expensive. We are going in May again (to celebrate my completion of college). I've been looking at AA's fares and they aren't that bad right now. It also helps though that I have a rewards debit card and I can convert my rewards points to $$ and use that $$ to get reduced airfare tickets. So it helps some.
i guess i've just always used american because i use it for business a lot. Did airtran fly direct? we also always try and go direct now with kids involved. if it is just adults, it isn't as bad to connect and we would do it then. i have a rewards card too and need to actually call and get a new one to have points transferred too! i think i have like $300 points built up now and hopefully many more before then. i've been putting all my business travel on my disney card! lol

woo hoo- congrats!!!Just paid off our trip in full! So happy to have that big hairy beast off my back. Now we can sit back and enjoy without having to worry at all about money.![]()

The Osborne lights are EVERY NIGHT. they have a little ceremony to turn them on at dusk and they go until after closing. they do play music to it, so they cycle through that every few minutes or so i think. You can just wander in and out of the area as you choose. It is most crowded right when they come on and thereafter. It is least crowded later in the night, closer to closing time or after. it is like a crazy mob scene in there at times and can be hard to get through, especially with a stroller or wheelchair. we prefer to wait until closer to closing to see it and it is so much better with fewer crowds.hmm call me an idiot.. I definitely did not realize fantasmic! does not run every night!
does osborne lights at DHS run every night? and what time do they go on? we have a 745p ADR @ whispering canyon and I wanted to make sure we saw the lights! input anyone?
