I love the hoop dee doo review!! I love it!! cheesy but hilar!!! one of my faves by far!

copy the link you want to use.

in your "reply to thread" box go to the post you want to post the link to and type the word or use an image like i have in my signature then highlight it.

above where you type you should see a blue circle. Click it, in the "url" box delete the "http" and paste your link there.

go to "preview post" and click it, you should then be able to click your link.

then go about doing your post as usual.
thank you!!! :) But I can't figure out how to "name" this link. The http address just shows up in my post. Can anyone tell me how to do that?

Again - sorry for being OT. I just want to post a link to our MVMCP thread in my signature. :)

I like the Aloha show but my all time favorite is the Hoop-Dee-Doo! We love the food and admittedly the show is corny but we always laugh our butts off and have an absolutely magical time!!

I agree, the Aloha was ok for us, it's a one time thing to say we done it, but the Hoop Dee Doo is so much more fun, I guess it's because they get the crowd involved in the show. We're doing this again on December 3rd right before going to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party. It will be our last night for our Grand Gathering (22 people) and I wanted to go out with a bang!! :rotfl2:

We're going to WDW DEC 15-23, 2010. I just ordered our tickets for MVMCP for DEC 19th, too! I am really excited as this is our first trip during Christmas season. We haven't told our boys yet...not sure when I'll tell them.

You will have such a wonderful time during the Christmas season. We have been at Disney during each holiday and somehow we always find the Christmas season is the most special time, all the decorations and special events & the most important, making memories for the kids. We surprised my step kids during a July 4th trip, they thought we were going to the Alamo in Texas but surprised them when we were at the airport, we sat by a coffee shop, right outside the gate for Orlando and if you could only imagine the kids faces when watching all the other families going to Orlando and wearing their Disney clothes. When they started boarding the plane, we asked the kids, if they really wanted to see the Alamo and they said 'Yes' but we knew different, so we said "why don't we save the Alamo for another trip and instead go to Disney World". LOL :rotfl:I had both kids in shock and they started to cry, they were so happy!!! :yay:

Another December 2010 trip here :cool1:

It'll be me, my DH, my twin sis and my mom and dad celebrating my and my sister's birthday on 12/11! We'll be there from 12/8 to 12/14 with my sister joining us from 12/9 to 12/12 to work around the last week of classes for her fall semester.

We are so excited! For now we're staying on my parents' DVC points at BLT (MK view here I come!) for all 6 nights but on a waitlist for Boardwalk for the first 3 nights. We'll see if that comes through (it would be nice to be so close to Epcot's International Gateway again) but if it does come through it will mess with my ADRs for those first few nights :headache:

We're planning on going to the earliest showing of CP on Saturday the 11th (our birthday!) but without the dinner package. Hopefully we'll be able to get in to see it because I've been looking forward to this for a while.

Then on Sunday the 12th we have MVMCP tickets :dance3:

what are the sleigh rides and where??

The sleigh rides are at Fort Wilderness - it costs $60 for a 30 minute ride around the resort. The 'sleigh' is a horse drawn carriage.
I've booked one as a surprise for DF - apparently the holiday decorations around FW are amazing to see! :santa:

Call 407-WDW-PLAY to book one... they depart every 30 minutes between 5.30-9.30pm

We are having dinner at Whispering Canyon 12/11 at 7:20pm. Would it be feasible to eat and then do the carriage ride after dinner at maybe 9:00?

Ok, Emma. You convinced me! :lovestruc I just booked the carriage ride for 12/11 at 8:30.

I changed our Whispering Canyon ADR from 7:20 to 6:30 and then booked the sleigh ride at 8:30. I hope that will be enough time! The lady at Disney said there's an internal bus system that runs from the campground to the lodge every 15-20 minutes.

Such a "Christmasy" thing to do!!! :santa:

WHOHOO!!!! :banana:We get to spend Christmas and New Years at Disney. Just booked our 2nd week, off property but who cares we get to spend New Years Eve with Mickey. Can hardly wait til this Sunday so we can try to get Ressies for Christmas Eve dinner at the Castle. :santa:

Can someone tell me which is our best bet to get them by calling or booking online. If calling what time does the lines open up on Sunday?

Zuzanne

Oh wow. Christmas eve dinner at the Castle. I hope you get it! That would be so cool!

I love the online booking system and I think you can get on earlier than you can call...not sure how it works for CRT though. Good luck! I'm crossing my fingers for you!

I was able to book our CRT online at our 180 day. I didn't get online until 6am but they start to open up at 5am. I was able to get what I wanted at 6 though. Phones don't open until 7am so definatly check online!! Good luck.

I may have to do the sleigh ride! Is it private with just your party? Anyone know if they tend to fill up fast?

The sleigh ride fits only 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 children - and they would not add another party to yours if you did not fill it. So yes, it's private. They will fill up fast once people know they are booking them. Disney hasn't posted the sleigh ride on their website yet - so not a lot of people know you can book it yet. Although, those that know about the sleigh ride already - assume you can book it at the 180 mark - and they've probably done so already (like me and others on DIS! ;) ). We're doing it for the first time this year and are really excited about it.

Hope you have a great time!:santa:
