Here are my adrs as of right now:

Dec.10- Coral Reef

Dec.12-Breakfast at Maya![]()
I think the free plan kicks in the second week in DEC. I moved my vacation 1 day back (DEC 9th to DEC 10th) just to get the free plan. And the headache that followed with getting work to re-approve my vacation was worth it.
you may want to check if you can get free dining during that time, because then it would be 'Dining Plan $0.00 per adult' ... yayyyy!. i'm not sure if there is a limited number, or if you have to stay in certain rooms, or when it starts, but we have the free dining for dec 21st thru 29th, then upgraded to the deluxe dining for less than it would have cost regularly for the basic plan.

I believe that is right
Did you get the free dining? I would totally recommend staying onsite. The value can't be beat! You get Disney transportation, extra hours at the parks, and room rates are comparable to what you would find outside the parks. Plus, with the free dining, it's an awesome deal! We're going December 12-17.
Have most of our ADRs. Have reservations for All Star Movies and the dining plan, but still trying to decide if I'd rather stay offsite and not get the plan. Trying to figure it out is driving me a little nutso!
Hey everyone... we had to change our vacation so we are now going Dec 9-17 staying at POR. Working on ADR's and will post them soon. Still have the same PTR
How about staying on-site and not getting the plan? That's how we do it; I don't eat the way that the DP is set up so it doesn't work for me. There aren't enough TS credits on the DDP for us since we do signatures. And I don't eat an appetizer & dessert at every meal, so the DxDP is too much food for us and more expensive than we spend even with signatures. We're going December 12-17.

added!I am going to be there 12-19 to 12-27!! Staying at BLT!

yes and it is great, we considered doing it again, but we already have the CP package, MVMCP etc. and it was just going to be another expense and another thing on the schedule to have to make. We did it this past December and loved it- we had the best seats in the house- right up front (the tables are pre-assigned with a name card on them). food was good and enjoyed the view! you will have a ball.Have any of you guys ever done the Wishes Dessert Party? I have a reservation at 9:00 (Wishes at 10:00). I'm starting to worry that we wont be hungry. We have a dinner ADR at Kona at 5:15. It really is the only night we can eat at Kona (and the dinner menu is the only thing that looks good to me), so I don't know what to do.Do you think those two are too close together? We have a 4 hour break in between.
EDIT: NEVERMIND
I switched days for Kona. Now we are having lunch at Tusker House at 1:00. We should be ready for dessert overload by 9:00.![]()
don't you hate that part of DVC......oh well!Correct I could get that week if I was not a DVC member staying in a DVC resort. But I am.. so we have to pay. Oh well. Im still excited!
Thank you thank you.
added! definitely stay on site. I see you have stayed on site before, so you know the value and benefits. however, have you ever stayed off site? I have, and just not as magical. i would miss the 'feeling' and atmosphere the resort brings of being on site and IN the magic. We're going December 12-17.

i need to check out yee haw Bob sometime- i've heard amazing things too. it's been put on my to-do list for a future trip (need a babysitter one night! lol). Great ADRs!!! We have LC for the CP package too! can't wait!I'll be at the POR roughly the same time. I'll be staying from Dec 10th-15th. I can't wait to take in my first ever viewing of Yee Haw Bob. Heard nothing but good things about him.
And over the weekend, I just finished my ADR's (thank you DDP). And here they are...
Fri lunch: Tutto Italia Ristorante
Sat morning: Akershus Royal Banquet Hall princess brunch
Sun night: The Crystal Palace Winnie the Pooh dinner buffet
Mon morning: BomaFlavors of Africa brunch
AND... My crown jewel...
Fri night: Le Cellier + Candlelight Processional.
The rest of the meals will be on the fly and QS. But I think I did pretty well for myself. The Candlelight Processional pkg booking was a pain in the rear, but SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO worth it.

Okay, I think I've finalized our ADRs - here's what we are looking at
December 3 - Plaza (Lunch OOP), Grand Floridian Cafe Dinner (TS)
December 4 - Via Napoli (Dinner TS)
December 5 - Le Cellier (Dinner TS)
December 6 - Crystal Palace (Lunch TS - might try and switch this to a bfast)
December 7 - Boma (Breakfast TS)
December 8 - Akershus (Breakfast TS)
December 9 - Sci-Fi (Lunch TS)
December 10 - 'Ohana (Dinner TS)
December 11 - Les Chefs de France (CP Dinner Package)
December 12 - Tony's (Dinner TS)
I'm really excited b/c my grandparents are going with us and they have never experienced Disney Dining - I think Grandpa will be pretty happy when he realizes he gets dessert twice a day!
I got the Le Cellier + CP pkg on the 26th. I was in the trenches with everyone else trying to book their combo pkg. I have the injuries to prove it...
Carpal tunnal from hitting the redial on 2 different phones so many times
Rotator cuff injury from switching which phone, which shoulder.
Hearing loss from listening to "50's guy" and the music associated with the rides so many times.
Last but not least, laryngitis and a sprained wrist from screaming and self-high five-ing myself when I got what I was hoping for.![]()
It was rough, but it was worth it. If I go at this time again, I'd gladly do it all over again as well.
