I am only 37 real days, 24.5 work days (4 hours of overtime tomorrow), 1 maxillofacial surgery (wisdom teeth getting pulled), 1 Harry Potter release night 12 am screening, 1 Thanksgiving Dinner (with 26 family members), 2 Disney theme nights away from the trip of a lifetime!

And a partridge in a pear tree? sorry couldn't help myself!

The only thing I'm afraid of is that it usually snows when I celebrate my birthday, and since we're going for my birthday (Sag, not Scorpio), I'm afraid of a noreaster blowing through before we get off the ground! But since we're not leaving on my birthday, maybe we'll avoid it, and the only snow will be on the Streets of NY with the Osborne Lights.

another 42 days till i get to see all the christmas decorations and the osborne lights. i just hope mother nature is kind this year and doesn't let loose with any bad weather on the morning i leave for disney, she can let loose after my plane takes off.

Thank you! We had a death in the family and it seems like everything around me is falling apart. I'm just praying for better days before our trip. I need a little break from reality! Thank goodness for a trip to the happiest place on Earth!

OMG. I thought I was done shopping. I had said the only thing I was still loooking for was a light up toy for DS at the parks at night, as he is slightly afraid of the dark. Thank you Thank you Thank you! Oh except this means I willbe spending more money... but worth it!

I have been tossing this one back and forth for weeks. We will not arrive at MCO until 6:45. Best case scenario will put us at MVMCP by 9. Staying at POP and taking ME, so we may need to snag a taxi to MK. Which would be fine with us! As three adults, we can stay until they turn off the lights and kick our booties out. All other parks will be closed, so the only other option is DTD. It's okay, but not MK. We won't be tired, it is only a short non-stop flight. The only thing stopping me from buying the tickets (besides that I am the cheapest person on the planet) is what-if's. Weather, flight, platypus attack, act of God etc. Just crossing fingers that there will be three tickets left for us when we are ready to fork out the dough.

Now that I have DIScovered Earl of Sandwich in San Antonio, there is no big hurry to get to DTD.

There is an EOS in SA? I've been to the one in Vegas but didn't know there was one in TX. We love EOS! next time we head down south, i'll have to look it up!

as for doing MVMCP on your arrival night, not sure i would risk it- it is so steep at like $55 a person to only get like 3 hours maximum and maybe less if your flight is delayed or anything. Since you are taking a flight in the afternoon- those tend to be the ones more apt to delays. Do you just want to do MK that first night? I definitely understand that, but not sure i would pay for MVMCP if i couldn't be there the whole time. Plus the tickets are non refundable (don't ask me how i know, lol). We are doing DTD when we arrive, that is sort of our tradition to go there first.
