We will be there Dec. 11 - Dec. 16 at the Boardwalk for our wedding!

There are 8 of us going Dec 13-17th at ASmo. Surprise trip thanks to the FD pin. Just went in May. Surprisingly when given DD the option of presents or Disney she choose Disney. Both sets of Grandparents are going so they will still get spoiled. Hope everyone enjoys your trip. Maybe see ya there!

We got everything finalized for Dec 5-12! Staying at All-Star Movies. Very excited......first time in December and taking the kids out of school. Any advice about Pop Warner or the weather?

Booked AKL Dec.3-7 for my major birthday gift to myself. Got a 40% pin code and that sealed the deal.
Making this a surprise trip for my DS8. He will really be shocked as we are going on our annual trip in August.

Each and every one of you will be eligible to recieve complimentary Walt Disney World toilet paper. It will be available in every restroom for your use during your stay. You can use as much or as little as you'd like! You don't recieve this gift just once, but EVERYTIME you visit a restroom during your say!!!! It truly is the gift that keeps on giving! For those of you staying on site, I'll even make sure you get some delivered right to your own resort rest rooms!!!

My husband just surprised me with a trip to Disney in December! I am still in shock. He has been asking me what I want for Christmas. I told him I don't have a clue--it is too far away. OMG so much planning. He even got us tickets to MVMCP! WooHoo!

I noticed I'm on the list, my dates are right, but I decided yesterday to stay at my timeshare condo instead of on-site.

So, I'm forgoing making fab ADRs as well. There's no way being off-site to get decent ones. Argh. Double Argh.

We will be buying FL resident AP's so this will be our first trip of many!!! Our family just moved to FL from Ohio so I am so excited to be an hour from the World!!!!

Planning on doing the MVMCP on 12/11. Went last year and it was amazing!!!

hello everybody!!! I don't know how I have missed this thread!!! Our family~dh, me, 2 ds's, and 1 dd~~ will be there Dec 5-13. We are booked at CR in a Theme Park view room!!!!! My older sons bday is the 4th, so maybe I can make him wear the birthday button!!!! Still hoping for a pin code for 40% or FD. We were there during Pop week in 06....only saw the cheerleaders a few times.YES, they were cheering all up and down the sidewalks, and a couple of the chaperones showed their hineys to some poor CMs who couldn't seat them all at one table!!! they apparently didn't make ressies and wanted all of them at 1 place, and the poor girl didn't have that available... I felt so sorry for her~ I thought she was going to cry!! The chap. lady kept getting louder and louder.....we were also on the plane with a group from Hawaii!!! They were okay...just giggly girls!!! And I was a cheerleader, so I know how annoying those chants get after hearing them 1000xs!!!
So, KGH...could you add me ...pretty please!!!
We did the MVMCP and we loved it!!! We are gonna do it again...just not sure what day.

We're going to Bay Lake Tower (studio lake view) from 12/6 - 12/10 and hoping to add a night at AKL on 12/5. We will be my family, MIL, SIL and another SIL and hubby and two kids. B/c my MIL has military benefits, we got a 40% off room rate! We're doing MVMCP on 12/6 and going on a three day Disney Cruise on 12/10. That was a bounceback offer for $99 per person. Yeah, we're loving the deals! Merry Christmas to us!

Oh - and I'm really looking forward to that free Disney toilet paper I've heard I will get if I'm on the list!! Please?

Serious question - does anyone know if there were to be a code for a room only discount, does it usually require a minimum night stay? I want to do the one night at AKL, and doubt any deal would work for just one night. Any experiences with something like this?

Also - how much does it cost to join AAA? Maybe it would be worth it for the savings. What would a AAA discount be on a deluxe? TIA.

I will come prepared!!!! Really, do any of you foresee a dip in vacationers to Disney (especially at Christmas time) due to the economy? We were there last Jan, and before we left, I read LOTS of reports of people that had planned dec/jan trips cancelling. Read on here, I mean. So, when we got there, we were just not prepared at all for the amounts of people that we saw. i know the 4/3 helped a lot. I am just wondering as the year has rolled on and there have been more lay offs and job cuts, do you think it'll be making a difference in our crowds?
