Only 13 days for us!!!!![]()
Snow, snow, go away!!!
We have tickets for Mickey's Very Merry Christmas at MK. My SIL who goes many times during the year said to be sure and check out the decorations at Epcot and the Floridian and Contemporary Resorts. She said to take the monorail to see them. You can go right through Epcot on the monorail and see it all, if you won't be visiting there.
Santa will be at Downtown Disney and SIL says there is a small ice skate rink there.
We're going to be there 17-21!
We were leaving in morning. My sil had a stroke on Sunday does not look good. Can't leave. Thank God my kids had no idea about the trip. Need good thoughts for my sil.
I think your SIL is wrong, there is not an ice skate rink at DTD, how could there be, it isn't cold enough there for that. This will be our 3rd Christmas trip and I have never seen one.
Nice!!!!! Enjoy your trip!!How did you pack??
Believe it or not, Disney used to set up a 5,000-square-foot outdoor ice skating rink in DTD during the Christmas season. It was located on the West Side by the lake. I'm not really sure how many years it's been since they stopped doing it. Probably sometime before the Gaylord Palms started putting up its own temporary rink as part of the ICE! attraction.![]()
WOW, I wasn't aware of that. I have only been going to WDW since 2005 and knew I had never seen one though.
