Wooooohooooo looks like the DISers are going to have a big get together with the list growing like it is.
Maybe now I wont be too shy to approach people with Green Mickeys heads in fear they will look at me strangely...I guess with a kiwi accent i get enough strange looks anyhow!

They are Lime Green (Alien Green is the proper color) Mickey Head paint chips that you can only get at Home Depot. Many Diser's make little tags/decorations out of them and use them in a variety of ways. Mnay hang them from their back pack/bags they use in the park and this is a way to distinguish that we are Disboard members.

I have used them to write out my ADRs on, but I haven't taken the time to make hangtags, yet. Maybe I will since there are so many going in December.

We are actually going to be going a day early. So we will arrive on Dec 6, and we changed over to ASMovies. So Dec 6-16th!! With MVMCP on the 9th.

Just made arrangements for a quick 3 day stay after attending our niece's wedding in Philadelphia. Portland/Philly/Orlando/Portland all on one Frequent Flyer fare! We'll be at CSR Dec 7-10!

We are official!!! We are going with my Parents on Dec. 6th!! SOOOO excited, My parents have not been to The World since 1986!!! So, now I get to show them around. I'm way to excited!

Just booked for Dec 13-17th at POP! Just bought a house this year and we said no vacation, but with my powers of persuasion, I talked DH into a short stay. Went last year in Dec. for the holidays and just fell in love with everything. Anxiously awaiting leaving!

We're going Dec 28 - Jan 3, NOW STAYING AT CSR! We will miss MVMCP. But we are going to Hoop Dee Doo on the 28th, the CP at EPCOT on the 29th and spending New Year's at the Studios.

We are scheduled to arrive on Novemer 30th and leave on December 6th.

My sister's family & my family are taking our mom for her first trip to WDW and she is in her 70's! We are so excited to see her reaction.

We are planning on a split stay between POR & the Contemporary.

We are staying at the Contemporary, in the tower, theme park view (a total and complete splurge for us!) from December 22-28, to celebrate our little Princess's 5th birthday (which happens to fall exactly on Christmas Day!) The Christmas Day that I delivered her, I was watching the parade from Disney from my hospital bed and was already thinking about which age would be best to do a Disney birthday. I chose five because everything is still magical, and she should be able to remember a lot of it as well. I can't wait!!!!

December 4-11 at Caribbean Beach! This will be our second Christmastime trip. We did last Dec. and I actually first suggested Oct. to my hubby just to try something new, and even he said that Christmas there was so fabulous that's all he wanted to do again. One trip and I got him hooked - talk about a keeper

This year I'm going with my BFF and her family. We live half a country apart and see each other but a couple times a year. I'm so excited that one of those times this year will be in Disney!!!!!!

That sounds sooo nice!! What time did you deliver your daughter? My son was born on Christmas morning too....11:17 a.m to be exact, he'll be 4 this year. We're going earlier in December and we'll be celebrating his birthday in Disney, as well. My best friend and family are going with us and we delivered our boys exactly an hour and 1/2 apart from each other in the same hospital with the same dr. but this will be the first time we'll be together near the boys birthdays (we moved 10 months after they were born out of state) so we have lots of celebrating to do this year!! Have fun and I hope your DD has a wonderful 5th birthday!!

We stayed in the Contemporary tower magic kingdom view last Jan for our 19th anniversary. One night only, after we got off DCL that morning.

It was Magical falling asleep watching the castle change colors!!

You have chosen one of the best rooms on property for that time of year. We had a CR Tower TP View room last December and we left the curtains open and used Cinderella castle as a nightlight. The Christmas Castle lights were on until at least 4am everyday. It was so unreal to wake up during the night and see the castle and it still be all lite up.

We're going Dec 28 - Jan 3, staying at the Pop. We will miss MVMCP. But we are going to the CP at EPCOT on Dec. 29 and spending New Year's at the Studios.

You might miss the actual parties, but beginning probably Sat Dec 20, they will show the parade twice a day, Wishes, and some or all of the shows, so you just won't have to pay extra. I think the only thing you might miss is the cookies and hot chocolate. We didn't do the party last year, but on Saturday evening, we got "snowed" on and it was so magical as we were leaving the park for the day. Check the schedule closer to time for your trip.

Yeah, I believe the Christmas party stops by then. We went last time and it was fun. Ah well! I can't go earlier since we're both teachers. But we'll catch the holiday stuff at EPCOT and plan to spend day 1 driving around to the different resorts we can't afford to stay in and look at the Xmas decorations.

She was born at 6:26 a.m. My OB decided to induce me on Christmas Eve because my bp went from 110/65 on Dec 22 to 140/80 on the 23rd, to 160/100 by the 24th. I was so upset and tearful, but I knew she wouldn't recommend it unless it was emergent, because she herself has three little girls and I knew she'd want to be with them on Christmas too. Luckily, little baby Madeleine cooperated and was born nice and early so Dr. M could be home with her girls to watch them open gifts! Plus, it was nice being the only, yes ONLY, patient on the entire L&D floor! Christmas babies rock!
