Truthfully, I think if Kim acted the way Cloris acted people would be calling her every name in the book... she shouldn't get a free pass just because she's 82 years old.

Oh well. People are allowed to vote for who they want... I'm fine with that. It's the judges who made me really mad. Two days later and I'm still disgusted with Carrie Ann!!!

I'm ALWAYS disgusted w/ Carrie Ann. I definately agree w/ you about Kim acting like Cloris. They would've thought she was definately on something. Who knows, maybe Cloris is . I can't explain why I feel its ok for Cloris to act like that (and find it amusing) maybe its due to me watching the Bob Saget roast she was a hoot.

Why is everyone giving Cloris kudos for "trying", but making fun of Kim for being "bad". Not everyone has natural dancing ability. I give her just as much credit for moving out of her comfort zone. At least she wasn't groping Mark like Cloris did to his dad

Cloris is 82 and for her to move the way she does is wonderful. She is inspiring to a lot of seniors to keep moving and dancing. Kim's effort is nothing spectacular and she doesn't have the age disadvantage as Cloris does. I can't imagine the nerves and pressure they feel to dance in front of the audience and viewers, but in this competition you can't hold back and expect to stay.

Yeah, I did find Misty a bit spooky. And I don't like her so heavily made up!!! She's adorable when she's in a pony tail with no makeup - she looked like Zena warrior princess or something last night!!!

I agree, I only hope I can move that way when I'm her age. Kim's attitude of disinterest is nothing new for her, we see too much of her here as she's Reggie Bush's girlfriend and parades around town like a spoiled little princess.

I read on TMZ (I know, not the best source) that Kim's step-dad, Bruce Jenner is best friends with the casting director for Dancing with the Stars. I did wonder how they sunk so low for what constitutes a "celebrity." I'm wondering if her momager made her do this. She just never seemed like she wanted to dance, just play dress up.

If you can ever catch it Suzie, do. I know it was at least a month ago. If the comedy channel has On Demand check there. Just don't watch in front of the kids. She had the "dirty" comedians wiping their eyes. It was that funny!

Sad news Maks and Misty fans.



Dancing With the Stars' Brooke Burke confirmed Monday that injured Misty May-Treanor will be sitting out for good.

"It's such a sad situation. She did hurt her Achilles tendon. I don't know if she tore it or ruptured it," Brooke said on L.A.'s 104.3 FM. "She's out of the competition. Just like that, it's over for her.

"The sad thing...this is her jumping mechanism," Burke added of the beach volleyball champ, 31. "We're all really concerned for her. She may be having surgery this week. We don't know yet. It's such a bummer."

"She heard a pop," Burke said of the Olympic gold medalist, "so it's really serious."

Asked if anyone would be eliminated this week in light of May-Treanor's absence, Burke said, "We don't know. They still have to have the same amount of shows.

"I heard [Edyta Sliwinska] and [Maksim Chmerkovskiy] may dance together since both of their partners are gone, but I don't know what's going to happen," Burke said.

Burke also confirmed that her current partner Derek Hough and his ex partner Shannon Elizabeth "are still together.

"They're living together," Burke said. "She comes to rehearsals and they're going strong."

Burke recently blogged that Hough "received a clean bill of health" after taking a tumble during practice on Saturday.

I saw that and I'm sooooo sad. I love Misty May- she wasn't the best dancer, but she was inspirational at both Olympics, she had a great attitude, and she was paired with my favorite male dancer. I really hope she is able to recover quickly and that this doesn't affect her career too much.
