Official Dancing With the Stars: Season 18

Candice is awful compared to the other dancers. I'm really surprised she danced to Janet's "nasty" song. Figured it would not "fit" her image.

Her footwork was not nearly as complicated as the the other dancers dances have been. She even had dance steps that repeated tonight.

Next week is a two nite finale.

Monday - last chance to vote.
Tuesday - 2 hour finale - airing during the finale of Supernatural, which I am NOT missing.

Oh well, if Amy wins, I won't need to watch anyway.

Amy is awesome. I just can't figure out why anyone (general public) is knocking her. She's way better than Candice.

And she is swinging those prosthetics at us so we don't miss seeing them.

A table is somewhat of an improvement over a chair.

Yes, again with the sitting through her routine, and again with a major, glaring mistake and she gets perfect scores!?! If she stays until the finals, and either Charlie or Meryl goes home, I'm done with this show.

Actually, James and Candace are even more ridiculous as finalists, but they are already in, so, I really need Amy to go home.

I feel the same as others have already stated- are we watching the Bizarro World version of the show this week???

Unfortunately, Carrie Ann blew it a few weeks ago when she said 'when you win...' an corrected to 'if' makes me truly believe that Amy will stay and they will win.

If an hour of this show didn't make the hour on the treadmill go as fast as it does, I wouldn't be watching anymore.

I get that she simply cannot compete by actually dancing, so they rely on chairs and tables. But at some point, that just doesn't cut it and you should be sent home. They wouldn't give 10s to a 65 year old who had to rely on chairs and tables.

But sitting & scooting around on a table & then getting spun around/carried by Derek is not dancing. She is not a better dancer than Meryl or Charlie or James or Danica (was).

She is not getting judged fairly. If ANYONE ELSE sat on a table for that long of the dance, Len would have been on the dancer like white on rice. Instead, he gives Amy a 10.

I've never said this about the show EVER, but, if Meryl & Maks don't make it through tonight, I completely agree. I will be done w/ the show.

The winner being a "popular" choice is nothing new. Think Kelly Monaco over John O'Hurley and etc.

Dance is defined as moving feet or body or both rhythmically. It's not just moving your feet.

Dancing With the Stars has always been a popularity contest. If it wasn't, Candice would be gone.

Yes, there is a REASON why the Paralympics are a totally different and separate COMPETITION than the regular Olympics. And why Paralympic athletes compete against other paralympic athletes. They canNOT be judged fairly by the same standards and shouldn't be in the same competition at the regular Olympics.
