Official Dancing with the Stars - All Stars

Just because you don't like her doesnt mean others don't

:confused3Ohkaaaay. I was just stating my opinion. Plus IMO she can't dance anyway. We all have people on the show we like better than others. Not sure why you're upset by my post.:confused3 You can like her if you want just as I can dislike her if I so choose.

This season just (in the words of Len) isn't my cup of tea. For me, I enjoy seeing people get out there with no prior dance experience and seeing how they improve. Having people on there who have already won the mirror ball trophy just doesn't do it for me. There is little anticipation of "how much will they improve this week?". Sadly, because of that, I am much more interested in seeing people like Pamela and Bristol who have the ability to really improve rather than people like Emmit Smith (who I loved the first time around, btw) who are already so great. I don't see me making it the entire season this time around.

You are right. I just don't l ike how you look down on her for being a teen mom

You misunderstand me then. It's not that she's a teen mom, it's that her fame is founded on it. Just like that teen moms show.

But I do agree with a previous poster above that she has the most room to improve.

I think you may be right. Initially I enjoyed it since it was fun to see everyone again. But where's the excitement of improving every week? If most of them come out of the gate THAT good already? I guess we'll see as the season unfolds. But good point.:thumbsup2

While, I enjoy seeing some past favorites (Drew Lachey).. I agree. I would've loved to see Gavin DeGraw again. I just saw him perform in Boston and he has more moves, than were revealed on DWTS. ;)

Wow, Bristol looks amazing and has drasctically improved from her last Dancing stint.

Dang! I fell asleep. Was up since 4am. Luckily, I hit the record as I was passing out. Will have to catch the rest of what I missed tomorrow. :headache:

I did notice that they really made a point to highlight how Sabrina went home in Week 6. More & more I think regardless of who got the most viewer votes for coming back, they overrode the decision & brought back Sabrina just for that drama. It make for great suspense on the show.

Kelly Monaco also only did 6 weeks and has a few new dances to learn. So, either of them can still grow on the show. That is compared to Bristol & Pamela, who regardless of how much they improve, will still never catch up and be in the league of all the other contestants.

Bristol Shimmy Count = 5.

:rotfl2:

Glad to see he's still going back to the one thing she can do.

O-M-G. What's up with Cheryl's skanky costume?!?

She must have been channeling her inner Edyta. That was NOT a good look for her.

For the most part, what I saw is what I expected from the dancers. Pam and Bristol, can go 1st and 2nd. I don't care who goes 1st, they both are sooo far below the others skill levels it's not funny.

I didn't know Sabrina was that busty. They need to keep those gals well covered up. Yea to seeing Louis again!!!

What a kiss Kirsti laid on Tom.

If they were going to do this whole bringing back old dancers, I would have much rather have seen people like Gavin DeGraw, as well. I would have wanted to see people who didn't make it as far and were getting a second chance. I especially would want them to bring back people with no prior dance experience (except for DWTS, of course). I know that Sabrian, Drew, and Joey don't have the ballroom training, but they have had extensive formal dance training which, as we have all learned from previous season, does give you an advantage. I would want to see people like Mark Cuban, Steve Guttenberg, and Gavin DeGraw. But, that's just my preference and clearly not the most popular.

I really enjoyed watching the show last night. The dancers were great. I also would like to see Bristol and Pam go 1st and 2nd. With that being said I don't like these types of all star shows where they bring back previous winners. I would have liked to see people who came in second or third have another shot at winning. Some of the girls looked a little different especially Brooke and Cheryl. Does it look like they have had some work done?

I enjoyed the show last night, but I agree with you about giving a second chance to some others!

Emmet Looked great, but those green shoes YOWZA! LOL

Am I the only one who thought maybe Pamela took something before the show?
She looked very twitchy to me. I don't know but her eyes seemed to be darting around a bit.

I think she will go tonight for sure.

Pamela seemed off, we wondered if she was on drugs or something. I guess I don't know if she is always like that or not. My poor Tristan, he will be gone too soon.

Totally agree! I will miss you Tristan, Pam doesn't deserve you.

After watching last night, I have also decided that I just really don't like Kelly, she is a little too full of herself for being the first winner when realistically it was a completely different show back then. She can go anytime in the first few weeks as well as Pam and Bristol.

In Elinor's defense, Bristol had been know as "Teen Activist" Bristol Palin the first time around for her work with the Candie's Foundation (which earned her $262K in 2009 :faint:). Isn't she now known as a "Reality Star"? Can we look down at her for that :confused3?

What struck me last night while watching Emmitt was (1) how smooth he still is and (2) how personable he still is and (3) how he won his season by being the "most improved". Back in season 3 I felt it was Mario's to lose ... and he did ... and I voted for Emmitt. I just don't see Emmitt having the same arc as he did back on his season and I think the stronger dancers will eventually pass him by.

I didn't watch season 1 so I didn't realize it was just 6 weeks.

She has a totally different experience coming this time around.

Pam Anderson was terrible, but I LOVE Tristan so I wish he would have gotten a better partner. Tristan is just so hot! He's right up there on the hot charts next to Maks as far as I'm concerned!

Speaking of Max, I will miss him when he's gone next season.

Is it true him a Petra (sp?) a couple?

Nope, I thought she looked strange. She couldn't look anyone in the eyes AT ALL. She had difficulty even with a smile. And her whole face was twitching as if she were trying not to cry ? Looked like someone who is terribly insecure and socially inept. Has she always been like this? I don't know anything about her at all. But she surely stuck out to me last night as just being weird.
