Is it true him a Petra (sp?) a couple?

I think I read that he won't be renewing his contract, but his contract still goes for 3 more seasons, or something along those lines. So, I don't think this will be his last season, but I could be wrong.

I just read that he will be there till the end of 2013.
Glad a few extra seasons are there for us to watch him.

Ugh, Pamela was awful and pretty much exactly the same as I remembered her from last time. While I am no fan of Bristol's, the decision to bring back Pamela is the biggest head scratcher to me this season. Didn't she go home in week 5 last time? And it was wasn't at all shocking when she went home, she just wasn't a good dancer. At least Bristol made it to the end or close to it (whether she deserved to be there or not is a different question but she did make it pretty far). And they keep playing "Sabrina's shocking elimination in week 5 (or 6?)" as her angle. But what is the reason for bringing Pamela back? Was anyone clamoring to see her weird spacey dancing again? I know I wasn't.

Poor Tristan.

I thought Joey and Melissa were underscored. I liked Emmitt, Gilles and Kelly the most.

This won't be popular, but I'll be glad to see Kirstie go. She seems so skanky. I don't enjoy watching her at all. (Although it'll be fine if she goes NEXT week...right after the even skankier Pam goes home tonight.)

I wonder what made producers choose Pam, there have been so many other stars that were well liked.

Kyle Massey was so good, why didn't they cast him and not bother will spacey Pam?

I don't think she brings ratings to the show at all.
Her 15 minutes were way back in the 90's.

If they were going to do this whole bringing back old dancers, I would have much rather have seen people like Gavin DeGraw, as well. I would have wanted to see people who didn't make it as far and were getting a second chance. I especially would want them to bring back people with no prior dance experience (except for DWTS, of course). I know that Sabrian, Drew, and Joey don't have the ballroom training, but they have had extensive formal dance training which, as we have all learned from previous season, does give you an advantage. I would want to see people like Mark Cuban, Steve Guttenberg, and Gavin DeGraw. But, that's just my preference and clearly not the most popular.

Only a short time to go before we find out who is going home. I'm hoping it will be Pam. I also thought she looked like she was on drugs. I liked her the last time and was surprised she did as well as she did. This time she was awful. Even in the practice session they showed she seemed out of it. I really liked Emitts dance. He has so much fun with his dance and such personality that he was spectacular. Bristol can go next followed by Kelly. She acts like she thinks she is all that and more. I think that maybe others who were asked to come back either didn't want to or couldn't because of prior commitments. I also wished that Kyle would have come back, he was enjoyable to watch and seemed like he was have a great time.

I think there were 2 big reasons why the producers chose Pam. And I agree - I would have much rather seen Kyle come back. I loved him!!!!

OMG. Pamela just said she is going to be on Broadway soon. WHY???

Broadway is supposed to have standards of the level of performers they hire - like talented. To quote an old cliché, "There goes the neighborhood."


I like how Anton said, "Everyone here either won or is a runner up. . . or is a fan favorite. . ." (Speaking of Pam & Bristol, as they don't fit in the other two categories.

Anna just has no chemistry with anyone in recent seasons!! I hope this scares her enough that she makes some changes. Drew is awesome!

Yes, no chemistry. Plus, she was bossing him around when he knows how to dance. She pretended later like she was joking around, but no, she's just a real *itch.

totally agree...if Drew went, i'd have died a thousand deaths. i LOVE those lachey boys! hopefully this close call will spark Drew up a bit (even if Anna is a ball and chain) i bet he never wants to be in that position again.
(i must add....this show is TOO long. 2 hours..holy cow.)
