My poster arrived damaged too. Who did you contact? I really want to have it replaced. Thanks
Here's who you need to contact:

I, too, am a member of D23. I have to admit that I am EXTREMELY disappointed by the fact that they can't seem to package things well (at least the items that I have received). My membership card was barely hanging on inside the folded thick paper; why this couldn't have been mailed inside an actual envelope is beyond me. I am shocked the lithograph arrived O.K., even though the tube itself was damaged.
My biggest gripe though has been the magazine. When I got my welcome kit, the corners of the magazine were considerably dented/bent due to the thin packaging. This had come in the US mail. I e-mailed the address above and stated that I hoped I could receive a replacement copy in STURDIER packaging. I got this response from Disney customer service:
I am so sorry to hear about the concerns you have had with your D23 order and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Upon reviewing your concern, I am happy to inform you, we are sending a one time replacement D23 Magazine. I trust this will resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Please feel free to let us know if you have additional questions or concerns.
So, my doorbell rings this morning, and it's FedEx. Once again, they sent the magazine in the SAME packaging, and while it is in slightly better condition, the top left corner of the magazine is still strongly bent.
I'm sorry...while I love the lithograph and the idea of being a part of the group, it seems like such a waste of money when I could go to a Barnes & Noble and buy the mag in pristine condition. It just aggravates me that after I mentioned how flimsy the packaging was, that they sent it in the same packaging.
Yes, I may be a bit picky, but I expect QUALITY from Disney. It peeved me that in their initial response that they referred to it as a "one time replacement." I can see how some out there might be after a duplicate copy, but when I genuinely have been receiving damaged copies, that comment is frustrating. Does that mean that if future issues are damaged, that I won't be able to get replacements?
Getting off my soapbox now.
