What happened today? Florida lost on a blocked PAT but were only 1-11 on 3rd down conversions!

But Auburn's D came up with a win!

If the Barn can't score more than one touchdown against a pathetic Tennessee team, then it's going to hurt the rest of the year. A good defense can only take you so far.

Bama beats Georgia big time. I think Bama was looking at the scoreboard in the 3rd quarter but put it away nicely. Still, the second half letdown on both sides of the ball will give the coaches something to chew them out for this week in practice.

What a relief Florida lost. Nice to see Houston Nutt get it done. Brings Florida down where they really are. They have a favorable schedule the rest of the way other than the Georgia game so they might be able to salvage something. I think LSU is beatable - not as strong as last year.

Nice to hear "Rammer Jammer" played in Athen in the last minute of the game.!

My Dawgs got there butts spanked up and down the feild,Bama controlled the ball and the line of scrimage.I dont think i have ever seen Ga look so bad! You cant win games when you have so many flags, because your not disciplined enough tp play the game.Bama looked like National Champs yesterday and my Dawgs looked like chumps. But as i said yesterday, This is the SEC where anything can happen.on any given Saturday.

Pete, I couldn't agree more. Tebow looked like a high school QB. Of course, I was watching it from the comfort of my recliner, in my 77 degree house with a fridge around the corner & no lines for the bathroom, and no gas wasted to get to the Swamp and back. Ya shoulda scalped those tickets and joined the rest of us last night. You would have had more fun.

That's the problem with the NFL where you can drink beer -- the lines are always there .. but they stop selling beer after halftime, at least in Buffalo & Cleveland - BUT there are always the sinks and the walls - stall #2 could be anywhere! At least in the men's crapper - I don't know about the women and I don't want to find out.

Well, Texas and Alabama both won this weekend. This will really add fuel to the Auburn - Alabama fire.

Is 'Bama #2 now? I forget!

Just popping in to say how much I enjoyed SEC football this past weekend. Finally made it to an LSU game, and the win was sweet. It looks like the season is really heating up to be a GREAT one. There's a surprise every week-gotta love it!

At least it's nice to be missed.

I've been on the road since yesterday morning, don't expect to see home much until Friday.

No hiding here, Ami. We had a big multi-site party on either side of us this weekend, both of which had the TV's set up in the outdoor screen rooms and a party in full swing at the kickoff. DW and I were sitting around our campfire and by 7:45 it was quiet as a ghost town, and most everybody had gone back into their campers. I told DW that was probably a good indication of how the game was going.

I'm no die-hard Husker fan, but it was hard to read the write-up on Sunday. Though the photog did get a good pic of Bo Pelini coming down on the ref, just before he drew the flag.

I'll get a couple of pics up from the camping trip as soon as I can get them out of the camera. There was one that made me think of FW Guy all weekend.

I have to say that Scott had the most wonderful things to say about Nebraska! He said the weather was perfect that weekend and he's never met nicer people! Everyone who saw them in their Hokie shirts were welcoming. After the game a guy even bought Scott a beer in congratulations! How's THAT for sportsmanship!!!!
