I like 7:30 myself if wishes is at 9... I can order a couple courses then go out watch the show and the war dessert

I really like 7:30 if wishes is at 9... I like ordering sushi then a cheese plate then entrees going out and watching wishes and then eating dessert

I mean you don't have to order that many courses but its really great food!

I agree, 7:30 would be the best time. We used to make ADRs for 5pm (watching the sunset is great to watch from up there too), but then we were able to score a 7:30 ADR and was able to watch Wishes right from our table. Now, that is what we make each time we go.

I am also watching for when bookings will open up, we will be there in October and DH loves this restaurant (as do I) and he would love to eat there, and I would love to surprise him with an ADR.

I happened to notice today that the statement on the Cali Grill reservation page stating reservations are not being taken is gone. I tried to make a reservation but it is still showing no availability of all dates. I hope the disappearance of the statement means reservations are getting ready to open up! I really need to make one for dinner on December 12!

I see it too that they took off the notice on the website. I tried again this morning and no availability but hopefully since they took the notice off there will be an announcement soon. I checked disneyparksblog.com and disneyfoodblog.com and neither one had any updates.

Our plan is for a 6:00 Dinner reservation at CG to watch the sunset and then a nice stroll over to the Top of the World Lounge to watch the fireworks. Hope it all works that way.

Just received my Mousesavers newsletter and it has a list of closures in it. Cali Grill end date is now listed as 8/24/13 for the rehab. Hopefully that means they'll start to take ressies soon
