I first called the number for the comtemporary and private dining that has been posted and spoke with marie or sallie, can't remember which, and they intructed me with the direct email to send a message as it was a custom cake. It took 2-3 days to get a response email but said to call the same number back to complete the ressie.
Not sure if i can post the email as i think i have seen on here that they don't approve but the number is 407-824-1000 ext 2955. Hope this helps!

We arrive on Oct 11 but her birthday is not until Oct 18. I want to order a special cake to celebrate at our breakfast at Chef Mickey,(on her birthday) but if I order a big one we won't be able to finish it because we leave on the 20th. Should I just pick one up at Boardwalk Bakery and have it in our room or could I take it to Chef Mickey's. If I don't take it to Chef Mickey's will they still give her a cupcake to celebrate? Please help if you can . Thanks
WHAT! That is one question I specifically asked, if the cake was made on site at the California Grill and I was told yes. I asked when the cake had arrived and he said Wednesday morning. WHAT! (again) That means my cake was frozen for two days before being thawed out on Friday morning to be served Fri. evening. Dissapointing to say the least.
