The cakes are absolutly amazing. I would love to see more pictures. Thank you so much. Gives me great ideas for a suprise birthday in a little over a month.

We are having our anniversary dinner at Le Cellier. I was wondering about a cake there. If not, we are going to 1900 Park Fare two days prior, so we could get the anniversary cake there...just wondering if I would be better off dealing with 1900 Park Fare.

Thanks Zurgswife for doing this!

So glad you condensed all this. Thanks! I've been typing notes to myself on my computer as I'd come across pertinent info, now it's already in one spot. :thumbsup2

First of all... GREAT THREAD!... Disney should give you a commision!... :thumbsup2

I don't see Chef de France listed... yet there is a bakery in France... Do they not do cakes?... Our anniversary dinner is there and these pics have convinced me that we need a cake... :teeth:
We plan on going to DTD after dinner... is there any place there we can get a cake?... or are we just out of luck?... :confused3

This was a cake we had at WCC. Sorry but we had already cut it, lol, before I remembered to take the picture. It was chocolate with chocolate frosting and slivers of chocolate all over the cake, mmmm, it was so yummy! It was supposed to cost us $25 but our server let us have it on the dining plan instead of ordering desserts (it was our choice either we could have dessert and pay for the cake or no dessert and cake was included in dining plan..of course we said "YES!!"). I'm not sure if they would do that normally though...but it was a good way of boosting his tip :teeth:

A great big thank you to everyone who has contributed to this thread! The pictures are wonderful and the information valuable! Hope to contribute a few pics after our upcoming visit! :thanks:

These cakes look gorgeous! I can't wait till my next trip--whether I've got a birthday to celebrate or not, I want a cake! :)

A BIG thanks to Zurgswife for putting this together in 1 easy place!!!!!!!!!

I too want to know about a Le Cellier bday cake for our trip in November. Has anyone done this yet?

Thanks again!!

Ok...I've found a few more phone numbers and add a few more pics so here is a bump.

Kudos for a GREAT job compiling all this information!!! :thumbsup2 You must've spent hours collecting all these posts. :surfweb: We'll be taking a trip in December and my parents have a 57th anniversary coming up. I guess I should get busy selecting a restaurant so we can eat :cake:.

This is exactly what i was looking for. My nephew is turning 2 on our upcoming trip and we're looking for a birthday cake for him on his special day. Awesome thread...thanks. :thumbsup2

There's a couple of new cake photos on the other 'cake' thread.

One is of a HM cake. One is of the slipper/Cinderella birthday cake. And one is from Kona Cafe.

Thanks for the heads up....I'm off to find the thread.

Zurgswife, you are the bomb!!!! Your generosity with your time and talent is such a helpful addition to these boards. If I could figure out how to unblock my pop-ups, I'd add the 'not-worthy' smiley here... Thank you!

subscribing too! We are going for my DD's honeymoon in 2 1/2 weeks and my sister will be having a birthday while we are there...good reason for two cakes.......
