Official Avengers Half Marathon Weekend 2015 Thread

Active is saying my age is wrong, but it isn't!!! Anyone else having this problem? Or find a way to fix it, it won't let me go on! It says you have to be between 0 and 14. It must be set wrong.

My friend's husband is having the same problem! :(

YES! I'm having the exact same problem!

Had the 'age' problem, too, but just kept trying and it finally worked.

PHEW I am in!!!!

I hate Active. I tried making myself 14, 10 and 0 last try the message at the top change saying you had to be older than 14. I fixed it again and got in.

I had the age problem too, but just kept re-entering until it worked. Signed up for the Infinity Challenge and 5k. I didn't see any place to put in my proof of time? Did I miss it in my panic rush?

My DW and I are registered for the Challenge! Got in through the DVC link. This was way less stressful than trying to get into the 2015 Dumbo challenge when links weren't working properly.

They changed this process a few months ago when we signed up for the Disneyland half, you now enter your proof of time at a later date. I like this better because it's less info to enter when you are rushing to register.

You need to log-in to the pass holder page first to direct to Active... It was so stressful, but I was successful to register both my husband and I. :)

There was just a spot saying that you knew you had to submit a time for less than 3 hours and 15 minutes and that they'd send an email with the information.

Did anyone see where to select for Coast to Coast? Did I miss it?

Phew! Thanks. It is nice to have a lot less to have to type when trying to speed through!

Yay! I got everything I needed. I had the same age problem on DVC, so I jumped over to passholder.

I wasn't looking for C2C, but I didn't see it either.

I'm glad they eliminated the proof of time entry.

Wow. Infinity Challenge sold out in 15 minutes. Is that the norm for early entry?

I'm "glad" I wasn't the only one encountering the age problem -- I also tried to make myself 14 and zero before it finally worked with my correct age!

Despite that initial hangup and some wi-fi issues since I wasn't able to get out of a meeting to re-dock, I was able to register both myself and my wife for the Infinity Gauntlet Challenge! :woohoo:

I also didn't see anything about Coast-to-Coast in my rush -- although I did it twice -- but I think that will be something we can straighten out between now and then even if I did miss it. Still, if anyone did see something, I'm curious to know.

I was refreshing so many pages, I don't really remember which one gave me access first, but thank you again @Keels for providing multiple avenues to explore.

I too was looking for Coast to Coast. I did not see it either. I'm in for the challenge and the 5k. Husband and kids will join me for the 5k:) I can't believe I got all four of us in. I thought for sure I'd run out of time before it sold out and have to go through this stress again next week registering those who I couldn't get in this week. Thank heavens for autofill in Safari:) It put in addresses, emails and credit cards each time.

Completely normal for pre reg since there is only a small amount of slots. Plus its a new challenge and its Avengers (half on its own last year sold out during regular in around 30 minutes). Actually sell out probably was slower (even if only by a bit) because of the age error.

In for the Infinity Gauntlet Challenge!

I wasn't looking for it but between the error message I now realize too that the normal C2C question is missing? Maybe they've gone automated with it where if you've done one race your automatically entered for C2C without having to click the square? Would make things a lot nicer.
