We're there from 8/2 -8/17 and staying at 3 resorts as well. Excited to try new-to-us places!

I feel like sharing my plans after reading all yours (Just me and 14 year old, 10 nights at CSR, with hire car)

Day 1 - arrive late after long flight from UK, check in, fall into bed
Day 2 - rope drop MK, late pm pool, eat QS at resort, bed early
Day 3 - rope drop HS, late pm/early evening DS for shopping and QS (or return to HS if ILL for ROTR is late on)
Day 4 - rope drop Epcot, lunch Le Cellier 12pm, late pm pool, QS at another resort
Day 5 - rope drop AK, pm rest in room, MK early evening, stay for 9pm show
Day 6 - restful morning, late TS breakfast at resort, typhoon lagoon for few hours, DS early evening, dine at Boathouse
Day 7 - rope drop HS, Sci-Fi diner lunch, pool late pm, QS at another resort (or return to HS if ILL for ROTR is late on)
Day 8 - rope drop AK, late pm pool, GF Cafe for dinner
Day 9 - rope drop Epcot, lunch Space 220 Lounge, late pm pool, QS at another resort (or back to Epcot if have GotG slot
Day 10 - rope drop at MK, TL late afternoon, QS at resort
Day 11 - checkout, HS until 2.30, leave for airport

Not too many TS or signature dining plans on this trip. The 5 hour time difference takes us a while to overcome so rope drop is no problem for us. We prefer early mornings than late nights in the park.

I am so jealous about your Space 220 ADR!!! It's just my daughter and I and I couldn't score one for any day any time. I hope you love it!!!

I had 3 devices open and ready when our 60 day window opened. Managed to get 11.30am, which was our preferred time. I'd keep checking the cancellation thread on here as I see people dropping Space 220 quite a few times.

We are officially heading down to WDW in August as well! DH was able to take the month of August off and we plan on visiting the parks from the 4th to the 28th! We've rented a townhouse and will be activating AP vouchers we bought years ago. So very excited about the trip as well as the 1 400 mile roadtrip to get there. Hoping to visit a few sites on the way!

In 2019, pretty sure the parade was at 2 on party days. But a real answer from Disney would be so much better than guessing based on pre Covid times. I am going after the Aug 7 G+ changes, so have given up all planning until then.

Right, but they weren't doing 2 shows a day at that time. I think it's reasonable to assume they'll go down to just a single 2pm show, but there's less certainty.

In 2019, they bumped to 2 for the whole season. Maybe this year, it's 2 on party days, 12/3 on full days. I just want actual answers, not educated guesses.

I am a planner and trying to be more flexible on this trip. My DS wants to spend a lot of time at Typhoon Lagoon and the pool so I am trying to allow more free time for him to do what he wants. I do not think we will make it to EP after MNSSHP so I feel like I need another EP morning to make sure we get to ride Remy. This will be our first trip since Genie+ began. I think we will get it for one MK day and one HS day and see if we feel the need to have it for other days.

So you have an EP res and will switch last minute to AK if you can’t make it? My main issue with park res is that you have to tap in to your reserved park if you want to be able to hop

I always get excited when I see comments about Moonlight Magic... until I remember that's a DVC thing, and I'm not DVC.

I agree. July hours and shows were updated June 17th. So hopefully soon.

Almost talked my husband into adding a day onto our trip so we can go to the moonlight magic at typhoon lagoon - but the airfare didnt work our for us sine we originally booked into the super economy class of seat. So wed have to pay $400 just to change it 24 hours earlier. Boooooo

Website is updated as well. At first the MDE app updated. But now all are the same
