Hi Punkin and Disneyjazz! I live in the brand-new city of Milton. We were incorporated December 1, 2006 from the unincorporated areas of Alpharetta.

I know Gainsville (thinking of buying a Toyota from Milton Martin Toyota there), but I don't know Jefferson.

We just moved here from NY five years ago. I LOVE it!! Best place I've ever lived. It doesn't hurt that it's only a day's drive to WDW, either!

it's exactly 500 miles from my house to WDW!!! i'm not surprised you don't know jefferson. we're a tiny little dot on the map between gainesville and athens. the only time you may have heard of jefferson is in august of 2006 when we had a courthouse shooting. it was fun. i was there!!! thankfully the deputy is okay now. anyway, they mentioned jefferson on the news and it was a big deal for a few days.

i have a friend that lived in alpharetta for awhile and i get over there to do depositions sometimes. i like it except i try to stay away from 400 if at all possible!

We finally made our reservations and booked our flight and disney package last night.. so this mean we really are going to disney now so excited can't wait only 205 days and counting...April 29th here we come

4/10-playhouse disney at hollywood & vine for lunch- disney studios
all others will be counter service and plan to do flame tree bbq and toyo story pizza fro sure other's will fly by the seat of our pants.
oh yeah and we taked the guys { pawpaw & dada] into driving down on friday the 4th early and shopping at the outlet/disney stuff store and staying in an el-cheapo hotel and heading over to do dtd early on sat.

spendingt he nest few mos. doing a bit of disney stuff but with the holidays and 7 grands under the age of 5 disney will take ht eback burner till the holidays are over then it's no holes barred!!! except of cousre for youngest 2 dgd's b'days in feb.6 and 27th. then it;s all about the nouse...i can't wait...

We are going Apr 19th - 26th. We usually go the 1st week of April but we find that week to be WAY too busy so we decided to go during our states actual vacation week. I'm sure it'll still be very busy, but hopefully not as busy as during the first week. We are going with my DBIL (his 1st visit to WDW and he's almost 42) and this is a surprise trip for our DS10 so it should be a good time all around. We are staying at POP for our 2nd year in a row. We don't yet have our flight , but we have everything else. Only 160 more days and a winter to get through, come one April
