Nancy, even though Constantine is my new favorite, I agree the googly eyes have to go.

Between Scott's dead eyes and Constantine's googly eyes, enough with the eyes already.

I found this quote that sort of reminded me of the above eyes.

Sometimes that shark looks right at ya. Right into your eyes. And the thing about a shark is he's got lifeless eyes. Black eyes. Like a doll's eyes. When he comes at ya, he doesn't even seem to be livin'... 'til he bites ya, and those black eyes roll over white and then... ah then you hear that terrible high-pitched screamin'.

I think each contestant has certain stage nuances that can be somewhat annoying, I thought Nadia was so comfortable on stage, yet she made certain faces when she was singing that looked weird. Carrie looks a little mechanical. Someone mentioned Bo walking around with the microphone stand. The point being, all of them need training in this area, none of them are professionals.

I agree with this, they do each have there own "thang".
I wanted to mention that I did chuckle to myself during the group song when they were showing (I think it was) Nadia and you could see Constantine almost wanting to push her out of the way to look into the camera, he was peeking around her....lol

I want to also mention that I like constantine, so im not "picking" on him cause I don't like him, I just find it amusing sometimes to watch.
I bet that works with the young girls, they are thinking he is looking right at them!

I am by no means a Constantine fan and I guess I am not destined to become one b/c I have heard several people talk about how much better he gets week after week and I still can't see it, but I don't plan to pick on him. I will say this though...the first few weeks when he would do the eyes and wrinkling his nose, etc., it really annoyed me. Now I enjoy watching it b/c I find it quite amusing. I am still not a fan but Dh and I always make a bet of when he will flip his hair or do the eyes, wrinkle his nose, etc. He does get on Dh's nerves a lot still though! I think if I didn't find it amusing then I would still find it annoying.

I guess you have to find which one has the most potential to be able to master both "the look" and the singing. I think Constantine has a really good shot, despite his googly eyes. I don't see that same potential in Scott, but apparently there are people in America who do since he's gotten this far. So be it!

I think alot of us forget that these people are not pro's. Well Constantine is (due to his being in the theater already) and Bo has had tons of experience. I like Scott's voice but I don't see the potential there to do much improvement. I think back to Kelly Clarkson and how unpolished she was. Simon would pick on her clothes, her hair, the way she stood when she sang. and she took his advice and made changes and look at her now. I see the same in Vonzell...even though she isn't one of my favorites (she is up there though) She has made the most changes in each show.

I think we all need to remember that this is just a TV show...whoever wins or loses will not affect me personally...my life will go on the same as it always does.

I think Constantine would be more like to go with "I'm too sexy for my shirt" but in his case, "I'm too sexy for my eyes, too sexy for my eyes"...

I'm a big Constantine fan but at the beginning when he wore his leather jacket, he used to flip it open on one side. That bugged me because I'm not sure what that was about. I don't mind the eyes. They are hypnotic to me, whereas they nauseate others. He draws me in. I can't help myself! I like Bo too and they are definitely different types.

Disco - Vonzell doing anything Donna Summer, if she has the range. That would be cool. I'll have to think about what would be good for the others.
