I'm surprised Janay wasn't cut, too. I'm also surprised that Joseph went before Travis. Oh well...guess that's why I'm not a judge.

I saw Aloha and the guys go, but who was the first girl to get cut? I tuned in just a little too late!

The girls cut were Celena and Aloha. The guys were David and Joe. I didn't think that Aloha should've gone yet. The guys were who I would have guessed though. I thought Janay would be gone.

wow, i totally agreed with everyone cut tonight (except aloha - i think janay and lindsey should have gone first). i am so glad that they cut the show down to thirty minutes and made it so much less cruel, a lot less jerking people around. i bet they got a lot of backlash after last week.

I am also so glad that they didn't pull the stunt they did last week with the elimination show. That was downright rotten! I missed Aloha's song last night, but had a lot of respect for her tonight. She left with a lot of class; something that many should learn from!

I really thought that Lindsey would go before Celina and Janay (the little 'tude girl) would have gone before Aloha... but you can never tell with the American public... look what they did last year with some of those women!

As for the guys, pretty much it happened just I as I thought it would.

It will be much harder with the guys next week. The girls.... next week I hope to see Lindsey and Janay go and then I will be almost happy. I just don't want to see Mikayla go much further than the 1st or 2nd week into the top 12. I think when it gets down to that, the girls will fall and the guys are going to dominate, just like it happened last year that there were all girls left at the end. I predict a white male will win this year.... see the pattern... white girl, black guy, black girl.......

Well, I was only sorry to see Celena go. I thought she was better than several of them last night. I didn't expect Aloha to go until next week but did think she would be gone by next week anyway. I guess the 2 I want to go next week for the girls is Mikalah and either Janay or Lindsay.

As far as the guys I wasn't at all surprised or disappointed. I don't care who goes next week so long as the 4 that I like stick around: Bo, Scott, Nikko, and Anthony. Other than those 4 I just don't care enough about the guys this year.

I'm surprised that Joseph went this time. I thought that he still had potential but oh well.

The others don't really surprise me at all. I think it will be Janay and Lindsey for the girls next week and...hmmmm, the guys are way harder!

I was a little surprised by Celena...but the guys went just the way I thought. I think Janay should be gone, I thought she should have been cut last week. Based on this weeks performance only Aloha didn't do that well, which she even admitted. What a very classy way for her to go. And I like the 1/2 format..not nearly as suspenseful for them and they don't have time for all the long drawn out garbage that Ryan does so well.

Aloha was a favorite of mine for some reason even though I usually can't stand most modern RnB. There was something about her that I liked. Oh, well. Can't say there's anyone that really thrills me.

And I still have no idea why Janay is still in it. Her song was awful, her voice is annoying, her facial expressions are frightening. Why is she still there?

DH and I CANNOT believe that Janay is still in it!!!!! UGH!!! We think she should've gotten the boot last week!!!!!!!!!!!! She CAN'T SING, she looks uncomfortable on stage, and during her performance last night DH and I said the EXACT thing that Simon told her; she looks like she's scared in a horror movie!!!

As for the guys, we weren't too surprised.


P.S. I hate to sound mean about Janay, I am sure she is a nice person, I am just commenting on her stage performances and singing ability!

After tonight's show, I wish I could have voted for who should be GONE! Janay was awful!! She needed to be off the show long before Aloha. Bleck, bleck, bleck. I hope Janay goes next week!

I wasn't surprised by the guys. I really thought Joseph did much better this week but I guess it wasn't good enough. He isn't one of my 'favs' though.

I wasn't surprised at any of the people that went home tonight. I would have picked Janay over Celena to go home, but Aloha was my other pick. I figured Celena would have gone next week.

As for the guys, I pretty much knew it was going to be David and Joseph. I would have picked Travis over Joseph, but I knew that he would be gone soon anyway.

Unfortunately I think Janay is going to be another Carmen. She's a 17 year old high school girl and she probably has all her friends from her school and all the other schools around her voting for her. There's also the people that feel sorry for her because she looks like she's in pain when she's singing. I'm afraid she might actually make it to the top 12, and even worse, make it pretty far. I really hope not, I hope she's gone next week. I really almost feel embarassed for her when she's singing.
