Anthony - I don't know.. maybe I'm biased... I just don't like him... That being said, it was better than the last few weeks, better song choice for him.

Nadia...just so so. It was a boring song back in the 70's...she sang it different, but still boring..even though I love her voice.

Bo...Freebird...thought "great choice" wasn't that impressed...maybe I identify with the origianl too much.

Anwar...nope...I love Dionne, while he has a good voice I wasn't crazy about it...and I missed Paula almost falling over....but what was it with her sticking her finger in Ryan's ear??? YUCK!

Anthony, another song I love and his best performance lately.

Vonzell...good song nice job.

I liked Vonzell, but she was a little off.
Scott sounds terrible like usual.

Vonzell - I like the song choice but she seemed a bit flat to me, but not bad!! Personality has a lot to do with appeal & compared to, say Carrie or Nadia, she is the better performer.

Scott - that's your idea of "rockin out"?!?! Time to go.. nuff said.

I am getting very tired of Bo and Anwar. They just aren't doing it for me anymore. I missed Nadia so I will have to check her out when I watch it with dh later tonight.

5. Vonzell-- "Let's Hear It For the Boy"-- I'm not very impressed with Vonzell tonight. She sounds really pitchy. I think she's trying to show some energy, but all that jumping around isn't doing it for me. I usually like her, but she looks like she's been sampling some of Paula's "Coke" .

6. Scott-- "She's Gone"-- Sorry to say it, but I think he's gone after tonight's performance. Very pitchy. The ending was pretty good, but not good enough to salvage the rest of the song.

Scott...started slow, finished strong...when the 2 men that wrote and made the song a hit applaud you and think you did a good job it must have sounded ok to them. NOT a favorite song of mine though. Never been a Hall and Oates fan.

Scott, what can I say - tsk, tsk, tsk. Wow, the beginning of that song was awful. I'm also tired of his "homeboy" attitude, too.

By the way, did anyone see Simon actually have to physically pull Paula down so that she'd get back in her seat? I'm wonder if he gets paid a little bit more to babysit her each week? She must be on some really good stuff tonight because she's just giggling up a storm.

We rewound it on the DVR (TIVO) It looked like Randy and SImon grabbed her so she wouldn't fall over

Ok now im a fan of Scott (I know) I think those low notes were awful, and he really did a good job of the chorus.

I would like to say that it was nice to see some personality from him....smileing, winking at the camera...laughing, that is new from him!
He actually looked like he was confident at the end of the song....

I wish he kept his mouth shut after Simon spoke to him though....

7. Carrie-- "Love is a Battlefield"-- Not too crazy about the way she started the song, but very good vocally. I'm glad to see her working the stage. Pretty good throughout. One of the best tonight.

Carrie - Love is a Battle Field... at the beginning it seemed like she needed more control of the song.. better towards the end...shes still a bit too stiff on stage. I agree with Simon... it was apparent that's not really her style.
