Do the rides operate continuously during this hour? With a 6pm closing time for regular park hours, I know people can get in line through 5:59:59. However, can people with party tickets get in line between 6-7? Or do they shut the queues down until 7?

We did MK all day prior to attending the first party. The lines never closed. We did a lot of attractions between 6 and 7.

Wait times are not posted but the majority of attractions continue through 6-7PM. The exception may be some attractions that need to swap to a holiday overlay or, attractions that are not open during the party.

My party plan is to get in line for Tiana around 6. Planning to bring my poncho based on recent reports (and I usually never wear one for this ride, but reports are it gets more wet!).

The rides will continue to run. The difference is that at 6pm, you cannot get in line unless you have a party wristband on.

As others have said, the app will show everything closed because 6pm is the closing time. The wait times will start to populate after 7 when the party officially starts.

Went to the party last night. We walked over from Contemporary and got in line a little after 3. Were were behind only about 30 people, they let us past the turnstiles at 3:30, then into the park at about 3:50, were were on Main Street before 4!

We did Tikki Room, Pirates, Small World, SDMT (with a LLSP), People Mover, Speedway, shopped at Star Traders for party merch - all before 7. We were going to squeeze in BTMRR but by the time we got there it was closed down (as it was a lot of the evening). We secured our spot on Main Street for the 8:30 parade at 7:15. I would say this is the latest you should get to Main Street for 8:30 parade if you want curbside. We debated doing 8:30 or 11:30, but opted for 8:30 as we figured we could get a space, then make good use of our time, have dinner, shopping and enjoying the streetmosphere. It all worked out well. Everyone loved the parade! After the parade we did Monster’s Inc Laugh Floor, grabbed cookies and headed back to Main Street for fireworks. Oddly, we got there 10 minutes before and had the best spot ever for all 8 of us in the hub. We stayed off to the left a little with easy access to the walkway back to Tomorrowland as we wanted to quickly get to Tron after fireworks. This worked out well, and we speedwalked to Tron immediately following fireworks and only had a 15 minute wait! We spent the rest of the evening doing cookie and cocoa stops, had some other snacks, rode a few more rides (HM,BTMRRx2,JC). We caught the last stage show in Main Street, and had a leisurely stroll out of the park. We all had the best time! I appropriately planned a chill day today to recover!

We did not meet characters (we are going to Jollywood and will focus on characters there). Our priorities were parade, fireworks, cookies and cocoa and rides. We could have rode Tiana’s but it was too cold even with ponchos to risk getting wet at all.

You guys, does the line for Peter Pan ever get below 30 minutes during the party? Maybe during parade or fireworks?

Peter Pan was our only regret during the party. It said 20 minute wait, we waited more like 35. Everything else was super quick! We got in line at about 6:15.

So have a last minute trip planned down to orlando in a few weeks. Noticed there will be a christmas party on one of the days we are there, the 20th, however the christmas party is sold out.

We are staying in disney springs. Is there any chance of getting possible day of tickets for the party in disney springs? or at the magic kingdom ticket booth if I showed up first thing in the morning?

Just came back from tonight’s party. They had the Gingerbread popcorn bucket. They also had 2 additional cookie stops. Mickeys Phil har magic had Snickerdoodle and sunshine terrace had sugar cookie buttercream frosting peppermint candy cane.

You can go to either of these places the day before and the day of the party and ask but the likely answer will be that the party is still sold out. You may ask but it’s not common for extra tickets to be available for purchase.

What...the... heck!!! They added cookie stops!? We should've went to a later party!!

I was in line at Columbia Harbor house and cast members were telling us while in line. However, they didn’t have the Candy Cane blow up to let us know to stop here. You would not have known unless you heard of it. Many people thought Phil Har Magic was opened until they walked through and got cookies. Also, they are limiting 1 cookie per person at The Lunching Pad. Other stops I was able to get 2.

We had a good time at party last night. I will say we had bad timing with lines or something because quite a few were a lot longer than I expected, for rides and food!

I'm glad we went, but we are firmly in the Halloween party is the best party camp!
