My family and I are attending the party on Halloween night (31st) and I have a couple of (hopefully) quick questions...

1) I read a few pages back that it sounded like there is no 7 Dwarfs meet and greet this year for the party, is that officially confirmed?

This is our first ever Mickey's Halloween Party, so any and all info is truly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

Friends traveling with us were able to buy 3 tickets this morning for tonight's party at guest services at mk. He went at early entry, was there several times, and just happened to be there when 3 became available. Totally luck. I said it was my birthday magic!

Waiting to go in. We are earlier than planned due to a bus pulling up to AoA the second we got to the bus stop and there was no traffic. Fastest I have ever gotten to the MK. Got here at 2:30 and there were about 20 people waiting at the turnstiles. Almost 3:00 and the area is really filling in.
Let me know if my photos are showing g up. It’s hard to see what I am doing in the sunlight, lol.

If possible, can you report on any of the other character Meet and Greets that meet earlier than the official 7pm party time?

I think the 7 Dwarfs used to but they aren't at the party this year.

For those of you that arrive early and dress for the party, do you bring it with you and change at 7, or do you hang in the park early while in costume?

Last year we arrived around 3:00 and we were already dressed in our costumes. We went as are my and Linguine. No issues and the CM at the tap point complemented our costumes. We had no clue this wasn’t technically allowed.

This year we hope to be a little earlier. We are going as Kermit as Piggy. We’re basically dianey bounding (although I will already have my silicone nose applied). “Kermit” will basically don his hat and collar later otherwise he’s just in green shirt, pants, and shoes. Piggy will be in a long purple maxi dress and have her Piggy headband we got at WDW a few years ago. She’ll put her gloves and pearls on later.

They had us tap in around 3:40, gave us our wristbands, then held us on the other side of the tapstyles, not far from where you go under the train station. Then a couple minutes before 4, they let us go. We walked briskly to Jack and Sally from there.

There are party exclusive snacks which have the DDP symbol beside them which means snack credits are eligible to be used during the party.
