I will. Will anybody be adding the Memory Maker once dates are set?

I'm not sure why I feel compelled to share this, it's not something I usually talk about, but the reason this trip is so important to me and my family is my daughter was recently diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor. While there is no cure, she is undergoing treatment and we are hopeful that she will get better. But I booked this trip to give her, my sil, my dgs, and myself a chance to go to our happy place and make some good memories. Disney World has always been our fav vacation spot. Even with insurance her copays and other out of pocket expenses are costing a lot, so if we can get free dining it would free up some money for other things, especially MNSSHP.

Hopefully sept 10-17. I have booked some adrs. Planning on upgrading to dining plan from quick service. But I can change my dates if I have to.Just from my time on the DIS I think POP is a lot more popular that ASSp. What time are you going?
August 26- September 1. At $430 a night, I'm not sure how great that is. Hoping for free dining too. I learned last year when fd was released to keep checking daily and I eventually got what I wanted. So I've been checking for Poly standard since ro discount was released.Wow you snagged a Poly Standard room under the Summer Offer?! What week in Aug? I've been checking everyday and nothing. I am hoping they have some when/if FD is announced!!
If you have the modify button you should be able to do it online if there is availability for what you are looking for. I do believe though that you have to call in to upgrade from quick service to the dining plan. You could wait a couple days until the craziness dies down I would think to do that. As long as you were able to modify online you should be good to go![]()

Is there a difference in "modify" button?
I only have a "change" button/option, not a modify
Any day you book a disney trip is a good day!Last night before going to bed I checked the summer offer one more time for our dates and found A Poly Standard room. So I booked it. Now to figure out if FD is a better deal than RO offer.
I was also able to reserve the ROL dining reservation at Tusker House for last week in August.
All in all it was a good day.

I'm booked at Poly standard mid-sept for $490/night. Really hoping for FD. Haha.August 26- September 1. At $430 a night, I'm not sure how great that is. Hoping for free dining too. Technically no, you'll just be standing in a long line, but if you do get a res you can also preorder your meal, it is so nice just go in scan your MB and find a seat and wait for the magic to happen!!!Do you still need a reservation for BOG lunch? TIA
Me to, September 14-22 $458/night.I'm booked at Poly standard mid-sept for $490/night. Really hoping for FD. Haha.
YesDo you still need a reservation for BOG lunch? TIA
Definitely will look into it! I love love love pizza! We ate at blaze in September and it was one of the best pizzas I have ever had.
Thanks! I know I've needed one in the past, but it's completely booked for late September so I didn't know if it was because they were "really" booked or if they didn't do reservations for lunch anymore. Last time we were there the server was following us around with our food, tracking our MBs while we were looking around, lol.Technically no, you'll just be standing in a long line, but if you do get a res you can also preorder your meal, it is so nice just go in scan your MB and find a seat and wait for the magic to happen!!!
Tusker house for breakfastSo a new off topic question to pass the time..
What would everyone say are there top three dining reservations for your upcoming trip ?
We always do Ohana .. We all like the food but I think I just enjoy the atmosphere the most. It's just one of those meals that scream "You're at Disney!" to me.
I'm looking forward to trying Homecomin' , as it's new and I love to try a few new places per trip.
And DH and I always do a date night, and we have Artist Point booked right now, though I am thinking of swapping for another signature. We've done Jiko twice and it's our favourite, but there are so many other good choices! I'm torn on this one!
Tell me about it.....when we're off topic it's still something cool!!!!!.......why does the off topic guy always look so sad/mad?
Prayers for you and your family!
