I had the same thing happen. Already had park hopper, didn't make any additional changes, just added FD and got an additional $114.98 charge.

I did my sisters free dining change online this morning, along with mine as well.
My sisters confirmation e-mail is showing the change the offer and the new total, but on they website it's not showing as complementary?
If she has the confirmation e-mail she has it right??

I've had differences between what is shown on my MDE summary page and what was showing when I went into the reservation. Go to MDE and under Plan and Manage choose My Reservations and Tickets. Whatever is there should be what you have booked.

I can't connect to any Disney phone numbers. an suggestions on best number to call. we booked our package before the new ticket prices came out so rather not book a new package at the e expensive price

Even modifying your existing pkg to a free dine pkg would mean paying the new ticket prices.

I Was stuck at work and was not able to look until about twenty minutes ago. My modify button would not work. My dates were available at pop in Standard room so I booked a new reservation. Anyone know if you can transfer money you have already paid on a reservation to a new reservation?

Yes, you can if you are moving it from one package to another package. You can't move $ between a room-only reservation and a package.

Did anyone else who was able to book with no changes other than the FD get an extra charge as well? I was charged 131.00 more and can't figure out why? I'll have to call but from what I'm reading here, I better wait a couple of days!

Mine was $111 more for same dates, resort, room type and ticket options. I'm wondering if you originally booked before the ticket price increases back in Feb? I did, and I knew I might have to pay the higher ticket prices if I booked a new reservation as opposed to changing my existing one. My Change button was not working this morning (just circling/waiting).

I got up at 345 and lasted until 420 and went back to bed. Got up again at 545 and was able to get mine and my parents standard view animal kingdom lodge rooms changed online from 12-21 to 12-30. Pretty excited was absolutely worth getting up early for. Discount for us with 2 adults and 2 kids (one a Disney adult) was 2000+.

Okay so I finally got through on the phone. CBR is only offering free dining with the Pirate rooms.....

That is exactly what it is. If tickets go up and you modify to a new offer- you pay the new ticket price.

Mine went up too. And I just booked Pop last week. I think they increased the rates for this

As someone stated above, maybe the increased ticket prices that went into effect? I just ran our package under regular package option and again under free dining option and it came out exactly the same.

I would definitely call when things quiet down to ask about it!!

Hello all. Thought I would chime in. I woke up at 3:45 for a hopeful 4:00 a.m. drop, to no avail. Stayed up, checked the computer every 15 minutes or so, got ready for the day, and was right by the computer when it went live. Went to my reservation to modify/change it and it already said that there was no availability. My dates are 12/15 - 12/22 and we have 2 rooms at Pop Century (2 adults, and 5 children under 18). So, even though I was on the computer and instantly tried to modify it, it showed no availability at Pop in any room. So... that happened. I then went on and booked 2 rooms at All Star Music. We've stayed there before, and it wasn't my top choice, but at least I was able to get it. I've since gone back on and attempted to see if there is any availability at Pop so I could keep that reservation. Still shows no availability in any type room. Needless to say, I'm tired. I'm glad I was able to get free dining, but I am hopeful that I can get Pop in the coming days!

They may be sold out of standard for your dates but they are def offering it for standard. It wasn't excluded as a number of people got it.
