It sounds like they are not at all equipped to deal with the crowd they drew. Weird, as they would have had to have numbers for selling tickets and the venue. I wondered why it wasn't sold out in advance...So I plan to be in line for Live Action at 3:30 am. There is already a pretty big line outside. We are back in the room getting ready for bed.
It breaks my heart a little but I think we are skipping Parks and Resorts. We have a wristband to meet Moana's voice and then we are going to walk around the floor. Probably see the Pirates archives. I think we'll also try for a stage pass for the Kiss Goodnight panel with Richard Sherman.
Day one was excellent. Yes, there are long lines for stuff but it is worth it. You need a plan and you need to realize you won't get to do everything and you'll have fun.
I posted all my merch pics on instagram. I got to visit Mickey's of Glendale's first thing with a 15 minute wait. My boyfriend got a store pass for the Disney store at 4:30. It kind of sucked, all the good stuff was gone. Then one of our friends went to the Dream store and grabbed me a sorcerer droid.
Hope you get to do the things you want! Sherman & Moana sounds awesome!
