I think so...? The links look to be active on the main RunDisney page, and when I clicked it, it led me to an Active.com page that says:
"Please note the following:

• Registration has ended for the event you requested."

Is this the page that I just keep refreshing???? First timer here.

I was wondering the same thing, actually. Is it better for me to keep refreshing that page? Or just keep the RunDisney site up and try clicking the link from there when it's time?

I've done this a few times and I don't remember!!!

I did sign myself and hubby up for the trial membership on Active. It allowed me to enter our children's info so that's already taken care of once we go to register for the 10k.

I'm surprised the link is up on runDisney so early this time. Perhaps it's so their website doesn't crash closer to registration time. Hope active doesn't crash.

I'm so nervous. I kept having dreams last night about registration. Debating if I should sign up through a TA to skip out on general reg but I don't know if I need a hotel room yet (may stay at our timeshare). I really hope the challenge doesn't sell out in 15 minutes or goes on hold immediately. This is also the first time I have to register for DH too since he has a customer meeting that he couldn't get out of/delay.

I'm so nervous I'll do something wrong! We're only registering for the half but we have 3 people to register. If anyone has or sees a link to the half can you please post? I'll be registering in the middle of a meeting and won't be able to have multiple screens up.

THIS is why I paid a little extra and signed up for hotel packages through a TA because I would be a nervous wreck. I feel so much more relaxed but I feel for you all trying to register today - good luck.

They can just show up. You can buy a spectator package, but it is not required.

Spectators can show up, but there are some extra viewing packages called "Chear" that reserve some spots and get them a t shirt and blanket and for extra they have a breakfast, etc .... but those are only for the half marathon and full, none for the 5k or 10k

Completely new here to running and races. I was hoping to sign up for the Dark Side 5k today, as well as my kids. I signed up for an active.com account. I see where I can add a credit card. Is this how I will pay for the marathon or will I have to input that on the disney website again? Also, do I need to make an active.com account for each of children who want to participate as well?

Don't know if this helps anyone but you can now edit your proof of time after you've registered. This help me fly through the process and make sure I was registered. I then used the update link to go back and change the details.

Here's a question. If I have two different browsers open, can I register myself on one and my kid on another without messing things up? I want to register myself for the Challenge and my son for the Mickey Mile. Say I have Internet Explorer open for one and Chrome for another where both are logged into my Active account.
