How early should I plan to arrive at the corrals if I want to be near the front of my corral?

This is my first race & I live in fear of the dreaded balloon ladies passing me, so I want to be as close to the front of my corral as possible.

I asked a similar question, and I think we figured out we should get about an hour before the run starts (ie 4:30am ).

i've looked at the previous half course maps a dozen times, and it wasn't until looking now that i sort of wish the half course were reversed, to save the park time for last! i'm sure they do it for park operations, but i'd be motivated to run faster to get to the park portion quicker if it were at the end.

Last year I got there about 30 mins early. Probably not advisable but it worked out just fine for me!

Last year I think it only went to g or h but D corral was huuuugggeeee and ended up going in 2 waves actually. I lucked out and left in the first wave.

This is so exciting! Race weekend is really coming up fast. I finally bought plane tickets yesterday. Can't wait!!!

At the Tink 10k, the race map showed 5 corrals, but there were only 4 A-D. Not sure what happened at the Disneyland 10k last summer. -- Suzanne

I did that for marathon week and it was SO much easier!

Exactly what I was thinking. Would it be better to spend the ~$33 that would have been saved with AP discount for a reserve on the purse (I really like the crossbody style)? Since I won't be able to make it down there until Saturday (the last day of the expo ) I think I'll have to definitely pre-order.

At Tink they were gone by Friday when I got there (and I was there at opening). I would definitely pre-order. I am thinking just the wristlet myself. I have so many now, both Dooney and Disney Dooney's....

Also, where do those of us completing a C2C get our wristbands? Is it the Runner Relations booth at the expo? Do they have a list of eligible runners? I'm 99.99% sure I put C2C on my registration information, but would I be screwed if somehow it was left off?

Me neither! Should we be expecting RunDisney to email the program to us now that it's been released? I don't really mind as I can see it online, but if there might be a problem with our registration I'll want to get that sorted now!

I just used the link to confirm I am registered and it all shows up correctly. I'm not going to worry about it for now! I will just assume the email got lost on its way...
