If you scroll up a few pages, Disney_Princess83 and a few others have posted reviews of the parties they have attended this year. It will give you an idea about scheduling.

For the parade, it just depends on what area appeals to you. The Hub and Main Street are very popular spots as well as the Train Station area. If you want to be in an area where it "snows," that would be Main Street and the Train Station.

The parade begins in Frontierland so you don't have to wait as long to see it if you choose Frontierland as your viewing spot.

Okay so I won't mess up anything? Also after entering we can remain using our bands?

It won't mess up anything. There have been reports that the computer system is only deducting the party ticket when entering using the MagicBands. But, to be safe, if you already have the separate, plastic party ticket, just use that to enter.

After entering, you can use your bands for charging and Fp+ if you have that scheduled between 4-7. Using MagicBands inside the park does not affect tickets linked to your account.

Hi. I'm assuming that you will be staying until midnight. If they are the only characters you really want to meet, then this could be my recommended schedule:

4:30pm BOG reservation - allow 60-90 minutes, depending on how busy they are and if you want to meet Beast. It's a beautiful restaurant and the food is wonderful but we have found service here a little slow. Also, sometimes the Beast has backlog of people getting photos.
You should be out by 6pm. I would jump in line for the Dwarves. They are between BOG and the Carousel so you won't be far from there after dinner. The line will probably have already started, however you shouldn't be too far from the front. They usually come out 6:50pm - 6:55pm so you should be through the line by 7:15pm - 7:20pm.
After this, you can jump in line for a few different characters. Minnie, Peter Pan and Wendy (they meet during the day in the same outfit minus the scarves), Donald meets with Daisy and Scrooge at Storybook Circus, Hundred Acre Wood Gang meet at 7:30pm/8:30pm/9:30pm/10:30pm but you need to be in line for them honestly 20-30 mins before they start meeting because their lines get cut before they've even arrived usually, Mary Poppins meets with Bert and 1 or 2 penguins near the Carousel. If you are interested in any of these, jump in line. You could also head over to Tomorrowland, watch the Tomorrowland Christmas Show (great little show, goes 15 minutes and has Mike, Buzz and Stitch) and meet Phineas and Ferb.
You can watch the fireworks from Fantasyland. You are behind the castle but it's a quieter location and you can see all o the fireworks from there. If you watch the fireworks from here, you can jump straight in line for either of the Princesses. Cinderella and Prince Charming are on one side, Rapunzel and Snow White have the same line with their princes.
Straight after this, head to Frontierland for the Parade. You can usually get a good spot 15-20 mins before the parade starts and since it starts in Frontierland, you get it sooner than in the Hub.
Straight after the Parade, head back into the Hub for the 11:20pm Castle Show "Celebrate the Season" - great show!

After this, it will be approximately 11:35pm. You can go into Tomorrowland and catch the Tomorrowland show if you didn't have a chance earlier as it starts at 11:45pm. You might miss a few mins unless you stand/sit on that side of the Hub and leave straight after the show. Otherwise, you can just take some photos and then head out.

When I bought the tickets for the party I printed them out at home. I was just wondering if anyone else had done that that had gone to a party already. Was it more difficult to get in with them, now that the entrances are all rfid? I didn't think about that when I picked that option for my tickets. Thanks!

Wow this is great thanks so much, my guess is we'll only make it till 11 at the latest so I think I'll have to scale back my list alittle. I know DD would want to see the princesses with the prince for sure and I think DS will only really want to see the dwarfs and Phineas and Ferb so I'll focus on those and hope for the best LOL

Is it possible To see the Magic Memories & You from Fantasyland?

Is it possible To see the Magic Memories & You from Fantasyland?

The Castle projection show is now "Celebrate the Magic" and only projected on the front and sides of the Castle prior to the fireworks.

This info is from the Disney website:

The front and sides of the Castle give slightly different views of the show. For the best vantage point, stand anywhere on Main Street, USA, at the Castle forecourt or on the surrounding bridges.

Does anyone have a pic of the popcorn bucket?

I went last night to the party! I had the print at home tickets, they call over a cast member with an iPad and scan the SKU! No problems at all and it was pouring rain!

Does anyone who has been to any of the last couple parties have info on the availability of the pins? Someone a couple pages back mentioned that they heard that there was an amount set aside for each date, but is this accurate?
