I think I have some tweaking to do on my costume yet. And obviously Disney would be gun-less.

You should see if you could snag some 3D glasses, would be great for pictures!

Hurray Vanellope! DBF and I were originally going to do her and Ralph (in my never-ending quest to find couple costumes with a minimal costume for the male) but since we're moving a week and a half before our trip, I figured I'd do something that's a little less work! Can't wait to see!

I'm excited I've got my hair do and make up practiced and ready to go! And I bought most of my outfit yesterday just have to sprinkle some pixie dust on it and hope it turns out ok

He has the red chucks cause we found them on clearance for $20! Couldn't pass that up!

He's actually got some 3D glasses, but he can't really see well out of them. LOL

Count us in for the last night...November 1! (we are doing the last night of the Halloween party and the first night of the Christmas party! Woo!)

It's me, DH, DS 13, DS 9, Mom, and my sis. We have a whole Dr. Who theme going on... I'm going as River Song, DH is the 10th Dr, DS 13 is the 4th Dr, DS 9 is the 11th Dr, sis is going to be either Amy or Clara, and my Mom claims she's going as the Tardis...

That's awesome! Would live to see some pics!

DS 18 and I will be going to MNSSHP on Sept 27th for the first time.

We are dressing up but DS can't seem to make up his mind!
I'll be making our costumes.

We're either going to be 2 of the 7 Dwarves or Geppetto and Pinocchio.
Unless we come up with something different. LOL

Trying to think outside the box, but since we have never been to MNSSHP, not sure what to do about costumes...I'm open to suggestions. I told DS I need to get started making the costumes, so if he doesn't choose by next weekend I will make the choice.

I love Geppetto and Pinocchio!! Do you plan on meeting characters? It could be fun to base your costumes off the world of a character you know you'll be meeting (I had friends who went as the stepsisters from Cinderella and had some AMAZING character interaction!).

Jaq and Gus from Cinderella? Woody and Jessie? Dory and Nemo/Marlin? (or Marlin and Nemo?)

We will be there October 10th, 5:00 Kona Cafe and are dressing in 50's attire. I ordered my poodle skirt today. My DD received her a few weeks ago and it was so cute.

Finished up the top, have my skirt pattern made, and my leggings bought! Also have my hair accessories too! I'm so excited so I just had to share!

I'm gonna have to watch the movie on repeat a couple of times to get everything right I would love to vein complete character though!

I was really wanting to be 2 of the 7 dwarves...but now rethinking that considering how hot and humid it will still be in Sept and the dwarves wear long sleeve tunics...maybe too uncomfortable. We were going to be Dopey and Grumpy. Trying to thik how I could still do the costumes but in a way they wouldn't be too hot for us.

I'm really leaning toward Geppetto and Pinocchio.

Can you add me to the October 14 list? We have placed our order for the tickets but won't get them until we get there because we are DVC and you have to prove to them who you are We are debating on the 17 too but for now we are only doing the 14. Still have a bit of time to decide on the second one! So excited this will be our 3rd MNSSHP!!

I put this up on the other thread already but for those that didn't see, here's my Madam Mim costume. "I'm an ugly old creep!"



Unfortunately DH's Merlin beard was a bust...it was literally like a big cotton ball and when I tried to comb it out with my fingers and make it look halfway decent it just fell right apart. So I need to find a better one! Might have to wait until the Halloween costume stores open so I can see what I'm getting.
