We're going 10/29! 4 adults and 3 kids. No costumes for the adults (I guess we're party poopers) but the big kids will be Dipper and Mabel Pines from Gravity Falls and the baby will be Mabel's pet pig Waddles.

We are going as the cast of Gravity Falls, too! I still have to make our Waddles. Right now he's just a bunch of fabric in a bag.

We are going as Ten and Rose! I'm hoping to take some weeping angle type pics with some of the statues!

Dh and I are going as Amy and Rory for halloween, wish we could do it for mnsshp but bringing a roman outfit on the plane is a bit much hahaha. I figure, this way I get TWO costumes this year!

Hurray Vanellope! DBF and I were originally going to do her and Ralph (in my never-ending quest to find couple costumes with a minimal costume for the male) but since we're moving a week and a half before our trip, I figured I'd do something that's a little less work! Can't wait to see!

What kinds of shoes are your 11th Doctors wearing? I know he actually wears his black lace up boots a lot but I'm afraid Pasta will kill his feet in them because he doesn't typically wear boots like that.

He also wanted to wear the tweed coat but I managed to talk him out of that one (because of cost, packing it, and the weather).

Our first MNSSHP will be November 1st, 2a/DD3. She will be Belle (BBB appointment at 3:30, CRT at 4:45) I am so excited but not sure if DH and I will dress or wear a Halloween t-shirt.

DBF's 11th is recycled from last year's Halloween (which is the reason he agreed to wear it this year!). Last year he wore his black dress shoes, but for the party he's going in his sneakers because he wants to be comfortable in the park. I'm lucky I'm getting him to dress up at all, so I'm picking my battles and the shoes won't show in photos anyway.

I also had to point out to him that it would be better to leave the tweed coat at home and go with the suspenders look - the coat was fine last year (for late October in Mass!) but he would probably dehydrate in the first hour if he brought it to the party.

We've decided to do MNSSHP on Tuesday, October 22nd! It's my fiance and I on our honeymoon, so 2 adults. We don't have solid plans on eating yet. I think we'll either snack around or grab a quick service meal. We're not certain on our costuming yet. One idea was to go in casual bride and groom outfits a la:

We are going on Sunday 27th, me and DH as Toy Story Barbie & Ken, DS and DD as Buzz & Jessie. It was your costume pic of this that sold it to us Sarah!! Can't wait!!

Oh! DD18 is still undecided, I am probably going todo a low-key Stitch costume - wear blue, grass skirt, and either A Stitch ear headband if i can ebay one reasonably, or DD18s "stitch eating your head" hat from 2010.

I have no idea what my 10 year old will be this year, we may just wear matching t-shirts mouse ears from this years Halloween merch.

This will be our 3rd MNSSHP and I'm very excited. We didn't go last year because our 2011 experience while the construction was going on was sub-par. Now that it's more open, we're hoping for a better evening.

Was this at Fandomfest in Louisville? DH's cousin was there dressed as Ariel. She looked so cute. What part of Indiana are you from? If you don't mind me asking, of course.

Yes it was.

I'm in Evansville, so Fandomfest was a perfect fit for a trial run of the costumes. It was a mess of an event, but we still had fun! lol

Count us in for the last night...November 1! (we are doing the last night of the Halloween party and the first night of the Christmas party! Woo!)

It's me, DH, DS 13, DS 9, Mom, and my sis. We have a whole Dr. Who theme going on... I'm going as River Song, DH is the 10th Dr, DS 13 is the 4th Dr, DS 9 is the 11th Dr, sis is going to be either Amy or Clara, and my Mom claims she's going as the Tardis...

We have placed our order for the tickets but won't get them until we get there because we are DVC and you have to prove to them who you are We are debating on the 17 too but for now we are only doing the 14. Still have a bit of time to decide on the second one! So excited this will be our 3rd MNSSHP!!
