I hear this is the fastest sell out of a runDisney race?

I guess I better go ahead and sign up for the 5k with or without my friends!

Does each runner have to sign up individually or can I register the people I know who are coming?

Also, does anyone know if they let you exchange your shirt if you choose the wrong size?

Just got on the runDisney site. There is no % for the 5k yet. So it will take longer. How long? Who knows.

When I spoke to the runDisney guy he said more than 3600 had preregistered for the 5000 slots so there wasn't much left to go around.

What is funny is that I recieved my reminder email at 11:39 CST when it went on sale at 11:00. DDD was at 90% by this point.

I bit! Had no plans on doing this after doing Goofy's, but the C2C medal drew me in (and my wife)... We figured it would be the only time for many years we would have the chance since starting a family has been discussed...

I got my reminder e-mail at 12:26. I doubt I would have been able to register before it sold out. Good think I registered over a week ago

I am sitting here in shock, even though they predicted an hour sellout. I am so excited to be a part of something so sought-after!

Waiting at the WDW Marathon expo got us our spots....this sold out alot more quickly than anyone anticipated. Now we wait for the medal reveal.....can't wait to see the one for the Dumbo double Dare.....hope it is nice!

DDD is sold out. 10K was at 75% last I heard and half was at 52%.

Signed myself up for the half marathon, and myself and DD (10) and my DS (6) for the 5k.

Thought about the DD but the kids really like doing the 5k and there isn't anyone else to do it with them if I did the 10K.

Dumbo Dare is sold out! Booooo!!!! I tried for an hour (before it was sold out) to register and the page would never load. So frustrating. I'm really sad I won't be able to do this.

I tried to sign up all morning also. Didn't get in to DDD. A little bummed, but still getting my coast to coast.
