Question for you guys:
I'm straying a little bit from the Princess training plan due to the 10k I have on the 12th. I did a 6 mile run on Friday..so how many miles do you think I should do for my long run this week?

you don't need much for a 10k, 7-10 days. i'm not sure what your weekly mileage looks like, but i would do a long run that is still considered "long" to you, but the distance is fairly comfortable to you. good luck!


We almost lost half of our house because of a tree. Im so sad, because I love to run around my communities and love the trees and now is going to take a log time to recover. Plus for the last three days I havent fallowed my diet because Im staying at a friend's house and I dont want to be picky with the food. I will just tired to train at the gym until this get better. Hope everyone have a good run this week.
) Marathons by August. So, I am registering for races that I was never interested in before. I am not thrilled about the very hilly Half Marathon course for Thanksgiving. But, the trade-off is that it is acceptable not to eat a lot afterwards!
