Thanks all for the dailymile idea - I just joined as well (Rachel W from Westport, CT if anyone wants to friend me). I was using another log, but was having some technical issues loading it in...so I kinda gave up on it for a after a month. dailymile looks way more user friendly..so I'll see if I can actually stick with it this time around.
Two questions for you guys who seem to be familiar with it..
a) is there a way to change the calories to reflect your weight/height/gender? After I put in my 4 miler from earlier this week, it's telling me I burned 519 calories. I wish that was the case, but the reality is I really only burn about 75 calories/mile. I don't need my log telling me I burned more than I actually did to to tempt me into eating something bad

b) is there a way I can hook up my garmin 405 directly to it and it can get all the info off it? That would be very cool.
Thanks!
