Colleen, there's is a desk at the Expo near where you get registration and your goody bags when you check in labeled "Cheer Squad". It was every easy to find. Last year my sister registered for it, got her cheersquad tshirt and chair and it took all of 2 minutes. I can't remember if there was a wrist band or not (I'm guessing yes).
Thanks for the info Jennifer!

Congrats!
Of course this is just a general statement - I've had days when I've had to stop on my short weekly runs.
Suffice it to say, I haven't wet myself yet!
I've only done one other half, and I didn't have to stop for that or any of my 10Ks, but I make darn sure I go right before the start. At the Princess last year, I overhydrated. While it didn't make me sick (which can happen) I did feel like I had to pee constantly and I continued doing that a good bit of the rest of the day. Granted, this is a 41 year old bladder that has had 3 kids squeeze on it, but I think I just drank at EVERY water stop and it just wasn't necessary for me. I was also prob. paranoid due to not knowing when the next potty would show up. This year I will be much better able to hold it since I think there are plenty of potty opps along this course.
