I am on the phone now with the CM, he is telling me the CMT is upgrade code So he is using AYG?? Oh well, either way I GOT IT!!!!!!!!! So glad I made those ADRs few weeks back!!!

We got it! We went ahead & booked online before 7:00 am. We'll just call & cancel our existing res., when we can get through.

WL woods view, 8/31-9/7, 7 day p.h. & FREE DINING for DH & me!

Maybe someone should use "XYZ" and see what happens. When I use "CMT", she said great and I got free dining added. No change to price of my original reservation.

OK! I'm OFF 7:35 am was on for apprx 17 min before cm picked up! He was very slow but I wonder if that's because they are taking their time? To make sure no errors? He said it took him 18 min to find me another room at POP for my week! YIKES!!!!!! Looking like POP maybe sold out!

Ok-after an additional 10 minutes of wait time AFTER booking online...I finally hung up the phone I logged out and logged in and it's still there...so I feel safe I shoulda just booked online first thing and not waiting around. The only thing I missed out on was a preferred room.
