Free dining is for the basic plan. You can upgrade to the deluxe plan and pay the difference.

I think the codes are the same for everyone.

I still can't determine -- does your travel have to conclude by 9/20? Or as long as you arrive by 9/20 will the package be good for the length of stay?

The basic dining plan is the one for free. You can book the other plans and pay the difference.
