Offical Code Watch For March 2007/april 2007 Easter

Our '06 trip was to Alaska (as a result of a marriage proposal at V&A during that April '05 WL trip. Now I am at the beginning of beginning to plan...for April '07...maybe we could swing it with a code. I want my WDW! Fingers crossed!

Has anyone else not received a AAA discount for Easter 2007? We have a room-only reservation booked through Disney, and were told the AAA rate was not available for GF Concierge room. Any suggestions would be most appreciated!

I'm in too....! We are working on our trip March 21-28th. DD has cheerleading competition "at the other park" so we can't resist at trip to see Mickey. At this point, I have booked using AAA discount although we are not members DD friend, who is traveling with us, has a card. I'm a little skeptical therefore I am hoping to get a code. They have always worked great for us in the past but we also have always gone during non peak season. This is our first trip during peak season. I am keeping my fingers cross!

Well, bellhop, AP=annual passholders, and the discount codes we are watching for are those which will discount the price of our rooms during the period we're going in, they usually are three letter codes, say BRN, and by using these you save a dollar amount off of value, moderate, and delux resorts. welcome...

1st Post and new to site. I am going April 7-13 and have already booked room at Shades of Green, but would like to stay at a Moderate Resort to get more of the Disney feel (i have a 2 girls, 4 years and 2 years). How do the discount codes work and is there a way to get the prices down to comporable levels to Shades of Green ($110/night)?? Trying to save as much money as possible so I can do more of the character meals (and the ever expensive Tea Party).

You are going during the Easter blackout. Highly unlikely there will be a discount for your dates. Easter Sunday is April 8th and if you check the above post regarding Easter this year, you'll see that Easter was April 16th and you'll see that there were no discounts the week before and week after. However, if you arrive before the blackout begins, sometimes you will get the discount during your stay. The blackouts are usually there because the resorts are at capacity and Disney does not need to offer discounts. This year there were no discounts at the value or moderate resorts for June and July, plus there is a blackout for Dec. 2-8, because the resorts are full. If you can get SOG, that is your best bet.

Go join the official WDW web page. I just received my September Go page. I was wondering if I would receive one, I haven't gotten one since June. I think you need to stay active on their web page. I went back and read July and August newsletter, so I know it was there, but never sent to me.
