Offers?!?!

I notice that there are some offers on at the moment like 25% off or 15%, but I seem to remember that last year they had something like 40% off - what I'm wondering is is this something that they do every year or was that just a one off? I'm not looking at going until November next year so obviously I can't book yet, but when the dates become available is it worth holding out for a specific offer or just a matter of getting the best deal at the time?

Have been doing some mock bookings for the same week this year and wanted to do Monday - Saturday which works out considerably more expensive than Tuesday - Sunday (really want 5 nights to cover our special occasions) and shows up as being under a different package deal

Are Monday arrivals generally more expensive?

The current offer we've gotten a few times in the last month was 20% off the room and 7under free. I broke down the cost of the tickets and room separately for us (2 adults, 2 kids over 7) and it was around $200 less to book on our own. It was cheaper to book on our own with separate tickets and hotel for ALL hotels, too, not just the high end ones. You can find some cheap hotel last minute deals sometimes. We're going to the dream castle on a cheap last minute hotels.com room.

We usually arrive on a Monday and find it cheaper than arriving on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
