Offer Code Not Working

I received an offer code in my email for 40% off Disneyland Hotels.
When I tried to to view the pricing (clicking on the link and putting in my last name and zip code) it tells me my info is not valid despite the fact I called them directly and made sure all my info was correct on their end.
When I called back to say it still wasn't working the lady said the only thing she could do was give me pricing over the phone. I don't want to do it over the phone, I wanted to futz with it myself to tweak dates etc.
Has anyone else had this happen and figured out how to make it work?

Have you moved recently? We had that once... had been in the new home over a year and all my info was correct in my MDE account. Had to type in old zip code to get the PIN to work.

I can't help you (sorry!), but I got the same offer code and I'm greatly disappointed it's for DLR and not WDW. We have zero interest in DLR, yet every time I get an offer code, it's for DLR! I wonder if I get these offers because DL is closer to where I live. How annoying. Just because I live closer to the west coast doesn't mean I'd prefer to visit DLR over WDW.

Did you check all spelling on the email?
Make sure you are spelling it exactly as it shows on the email
